Explosion in New York .......Developing
There was an explosion on 23rd St between Sixth and Seventh Avenue in New York City tonight. Facts are sketchy but it seems it was from a dumpster near the Business Integrity Offices and the Guild for the Blind. It is also a very gay area and it is quite possible that that was the reason for this place to be targeted. Now the news is peddling the story that it is construction debris. Right. De Blasio is making a press conference and you can almost guarantee that he will lie.
Of course there were the pipe bombs at the race in Jersey today. They can't explain that one away. You know the media and the commie Mayor will try and spin this that there is nothing to see. But it is a new world.

de Blasio time: "Bill de Blasio Hates Freedom"
NRO: This week, New York mayor Bill de Blasio signed a ban on using snuff or chewing tobacco at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field. It sounds trivial, but this is actually a damned big deal...
In a free country, many things happen in many places that might bother you. If you’re in a bar and you don’t like second-hand smoke, or profanity, or strippers, or liquor, you leave. No one forces you to be there. If you’re in a park and you don’t like second-hand smoke, or scantily clad sunbathers, or a hippie giving a speech on a soap box, you walk away. No one is forcing you to be there either. The freedom to do things other people don’t like is the essence of a free country. You’d think New York’s politicos would have heard that.
The mayor of America’s largest city believes he has the power to forbid you to do things that are linked to gum disease...
Of course, Bloomberg tried the same thing, in 2012, when he persuaded the New York City Board of Health to ban sugary drinks larger than 16 ounces. The ban was struck down following a lawsuit from the soft-drink lobby. Who’s going to stand up for snuff and dip? Roughly 150 million Americans drink soda every day; only 1 million Americans use smokeless tobacco at all. Personally, I find it repulsive. But I don’t want to be in the position of saying, First they came for the tobacco chewers, and I didn’t speak out, because I didn’t chew tobacco . . .
Frankly, conservatives have been much too casual in the defense of small freedoms, and much too passive in accepting bureaucratic edicts. We focus on the big fights — the right to bear arms, for instance — and forget about the littler ones.

"New York City To Allow Public Urination, So Minorities Can…"
From Craine’s New York:
Urinating and drinking in public would no longer be treated as crimes under a package of bills New York’s City Council will consider to ease enforcement of quality-of-life offenses that lawmakers say clog the courts and have been disproportionately enforced against minorities.
The council scheduled a Jan. 25 hearing on the proposed laws, which are supported by Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito, a majority of her 50 colleagues and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton. The proposal would remove the possibility of permanent criminal records for public urination and violating park rules, mostly treating them as civil offenses, along with public drinking, littering and excessive noise.
Such low-level offenses have left the city with more than 1.2 million active warrants, according to a fact sheet distributed by the council Wednesday.According to the New York Times, one liberal official who sponsored this change noted it was designed to help minorities “reach their full potential.”
“We know that the system has been really rigged against communities of color in particular,” said Ms. Mark-Viverito, who has promoted such reforms and is the main sponsor of the bills. “So the question has always been, what can we do in this job to minimize unnecessary interaction with the criminal justice system, so that these young people can really fulfill their potential?”

A tow-fer for the Social Justice Warriors! I hope she shows up to carry them down a ladder.
New York Post November 8, 2015
A female FDNY recruit has graduated from the Fire Academy after her instructors fudged on her strength, agility and running requirements, insiders say.
Choeurlyne Doirin-Holder, 39, never achieved a passing score of 17 minutes and 50 seconds on the Functional Skills Test, a course of job-related tasks in full gear such as stretching hoses and dragging dummies, according to an FDNY source familiar with the training. She did not come in under 24 minutes in practice tests.
Doirin-Holder also failed to run the required 1.5 miles in 12 minutes or less — even after the running course was slashed by an estimated quarter-mile, the source said, alleging that the start and finish lines were moved to shorten the run.
She completed the abbreviated run in 12:06, the source said.
Under a recent loosening of rules ordered by FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro, probationary firefighters who fail the run can demonstrate adequate aerobic capacity on a StairMaster machine — which she was allowed to do, the source said.
The FDNY has come under fire for its lack of female firefighters, who now number 49 — less than half of 1 percent of the 10,500-person force.
Doirin-Holder, a former city EMT, is one of 282 court-ordered “priority hires” who Brooklyn federal Judge Nicholas Garaufis ordered must get preference because of past discrimination against minorities.
It was her third attempt at passing the academy after taking the civil-service exam in 1999.
After dropping out of her second attempt in 2014 because of an injury, the FDNY gave the mom-of-two a desk job at full firefighter pay and benefits. She was paid $81,376 including overtime last year.
“I had to sacrifice a lot to get here, but it was worth it for my children to see me going after something I wanted and not letting limitations define me,” she told The Village Voice.
Three other female probies passed all the physical tests, the source said: Lisa Cusimano, 21; Sheliz Salcedo, 29; and Aleigha Powder, 32.
An FDNY spokesman had no comment on the tests beyond pointing out that Doirin-Holder “met all requirements for graduating from Probationary Firefighters School and was assigned to a firehouse.”

It's De Blasio Time! Tits!
New York Post November 5, 2015
A 39-year-old mother was mugged while breast-feeding her infant in a leafy upper Manhattan park — but the actress said the incident will not scare her into moving out of the city.
Elena Sobina’s 6-month-old daughter, Kelly, had just fallen asleep after nursing and she was as relaxed as could be when she felt somebody standing behind her around 5:30 p.m. Friday in an observation area of Fort Tryon Park.
“I was very relaxed,” the new mom said. “I wouldn’t even think about anything like that. I had my phone in my right hand and then I felt somebody standing behind me very close. I turned my head and the guy grabbed my shoulder near my neck.”
“I was very relaxed,” the new mom said. “I wouldn’t even think about anything like that. I had my phone in my right hand and then I felt somebody standing behind me very close. I turned my head and the guy grabbed my shoulder near my neck.”
She said it was difficult to remember exactly what happened next, but she — and her baby — were thrown to the ground.
“The baby woke up and started to scream,” she said. “She was on the ground and I was kind of above her.”
The baby had a scratch on her lip, Sobina said.
“I saw him from when I was on the ground and he had a knife in his right hand,” she said. “He started to come toward me and I started to scream, ‘Help me! Help me!’”
“He didn’t say anything, so I wasn’t sure what he wanted,” she said. “I thought he wanted to kill me and the baby. So I started to scream to him, ‘Please take my money and the bag.’”
That’s when the attacker, later identified as Juan Garcia, 31, took her bag and ran away. Sobina put the baby back in her stroller and ran in the same direction, stopping to tell her tale to a good Samaritan who called 911.
Police were able to find Garcia by tracking Sobina’s iPhone. He was charged with robbery, criminal possession of stolen property and acting in a manner injurious to a child. He was charged with possession of stolen property and criminal trespass in 2013.
Sobina said she likes the neighborhood because of the very park where she was mugged.
“I’m trying not to breast-feed outside anymore,” said Sobina, whose husband asked if she wanted to move away. “His other idea was to get a dog.”

Judge who freed drug dealing savage is "sorry" now.....but it is too late for a dead cop!
Now she’s sorry — five months after freeing the career drug dealer who is charged with murdering Police Officer Randolph Holder.
The hero cop’s death this week, by a bullet to the forehead during a shootout in East Harlem, “breaks my heart,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Patricia Nuñez said Friday.
“I know. I am truly sorry,” Nuñez said sadly when a Post reporter reminded her about the 33-year-old cop’s devastated family.
“And I will speak on the record” at sentencing, she added, referring to suspect Tyrone Howard’s Nov. 12 court date in a 2014 drug-sale case — the very one she had “resolved” in May by sending the gangbanger to rehab instead of jail, despite his history of three similar felony sale convictions and the advice of prosecutors.
Nuñez then paused as she sat in her car outside her parking garage in The Bronx.
“There is nothing,” she said, her voice strained, “that breaks my heart more than a police officer dying.”
The judge closed her eyes for a second before adding, “Nothing.”

It's De Blasio Time.
So we were walking home from the store around eight pm last night. As we get to the corner there is this sloppy Eric Garner MoFro whipping out his dick to take piss on the Chemical Bank. The scumbag must of weighted about 400 pounds. A friend of mine Bobby the Bartender was walking by and starts yelling at this guy that there are women and children on the street and WTF? Bobby used to be a Transit Cop and was demoted to bartender/alcoholic. He starts beefing with the guy.
This skell goes "I couldn't hold it so mind your own f*cking business." I saw a cop car on the corner. So we kept walking. It was parked in front of Dunkin Donuts. Of course. My wife crossed the street and told the cop sitting in the a puny Indian douche who was on his phone. "Sorry to bother you but there is a dude just pissing on Court St. Maybe you should look into that."
The cop gets out of the car and walks down the street where Bobby is still arguing with Eric Garner as he spew urine on the steps of the bank. You know something the city council wants to decriminalize.
I don't know what happened. We kept walking home because it was late and they basically caught him dick handed so to speak. As we walked a couple of blocks away we saw a bunch of cop cars with lights flashing converging on that spot. I guess Apu couldn't handle it so called for back up. Maybe if we are lucky they Eric Garnered him.
This is what it has come down to. You can't walk down the street without some savage whipping out his junk and peeing in your face. The City Council wants to decriminalize it. The Cops don't want to enforce it. The press will start a big freaking deal if they roust him and tune him up to teach him a lesson.
It's sick out there and it is getting sicker. It is De Blasio time.

It's De Blasio time......pissing it all away!
New York Post July 31, 2015
The glass facade of Cooper Union’s $111 million academic building offers a remarkable view — of a back alley packed with vagrants. Or victims of income inequality as Mayor De Blasio likes to call them as he has them moved from his Park Slope block.
“I have seen drug deals, public urination, defecation, masturbation in broad daylight in the Taras Shevchenko alley,” a Cooper Union faculty member told The Post.
“It’s a place where many homeless congregate to sleep — right in front of a church and between a high school and a college,” the faculty member added. "They act like they own the street. The cops can't do anything because the city council has decided that quality of life crimes should be ignored. So they are not getting involved."
The geometric, asymmetrical architecture of 41 Cooper Square provides the perfect cover from the elements as drifters spread out under the building’s protruding angles, cops said.
And the web of glass that makes up its facade offers a perfect view of a parade of quality-of-life offenses.
And the web of glass that makes up its facade offers a perfect view of a parade of quality-of-life offenses.
“These conditions are unsavory, at best — particularly when you’re looking out your window in the morning and see something like a drug deal happening. Or when you’re sitting in a classroom and someone urinates right in front of you,” said the Cooper Union professor. "I mean if I wanted to see someone shitting on the students I would be a professor at the University of Wisconsin."
Rosa Hernandez, 48, of Park Slope, sees the group of loiterers every day as she drops her 13-year-old son off at La Salle Academy nearby.
“I've seen them drinking beer in the morning,” said the mom. "I mean I leave my husband sitting in front of the bodega on an orange crate drinking beer and playing dominoes every day. I never expected to see that in a high class part of Manhattan. I bring my son here so he can learn how to act white. That kind of bum will kill your brother."
Nine of the drifters were splayed out on bits of cardboard Thursday morning, and began hurling insults, water and bits of cookie when approached by a reporter.
“I was going to chase him down and beat the s–t out of him,” one thin, bedraggled man spat in anger."Who does he think he is taking my picture? I will kill him!"
“If I ever see you or that photographer again, I’ll kick the s–t out of you,” he threatened. "I hat the paparazzi! They were the ones who killed my girlfriend Princess Di."

Birds of a feather
New York Post, July 22, 2015
De Blasio described the pope’s critique on “the problems of the capitalist system” as “necessary,” and his recent encyclical on the environment as a “call to sanity.”
“He is saying that institutions around the world have failed and need to deal with [climate change] much more forcefully,” de Blasio said.
The conference, Modern Slavery and Climate Change, drew leaders from California Gov. Jerry Brown to the mayors of Paris, San Francisco and Stockholm.
The Pope and Mayor De Blasio spoke about other matters that they are in full agreement on including income redistribution, the virtues of the Cuban model of society, the racial animus inherent in stop and frisk and of course the fact that Uber could in fact be the Anti-christ. The Pope has agreed to excommunicate all Uber drivers if they to not comply with the new regulations of the Taxi and Limousine Commission as promulgated by the De Blasio administration. The Pope is also considering issuing a encyclical requiring that Catholics use bicycles instead of motor vehicles that emit carbon monoxide along with other matters that will cripple modern industrial capitalist societies which is the goal of climate change elitists.
Mayor De Blasio who has not been in church for thirty five years enjoyed an instant rapport with the Pope who was busy talking about climate change instead of leading the fight against the murder of Christians in the Middle East or the fact that Planned Parenthood is using partial birth abortion baby pieces as a new revenue stream. That does not seem worthy of the pontiff's attention at this time.

Birds of a feather
America's foremost communist elected official Comrade Mayor Bill De Blasio is going to the Vatican to be the key note speaker at a conference on climate change. The full boat is being paid by the taxpayers of NYC so Comrade De Blasio can address various dignitaries and fellow travelers such as California Governor Jerry Brown on how New York City fights climate change by ending stop and frisk. You see the gas emitted by suspects when they were stopped and frisked had a serious and measurable effect on the earths atmosphere. There is data and computer models to prove this.
The Pope will be meeting with Comrade De Blasio to discuss climate change, income inequality and other progressive issues dear to both of their hearts.
In the meanwhile ISIS will be slaughtering and raping Christians and Yazidis in wholesale lots and elderly tourists will be mugged in Central Park by youtes who should be incarcerated on old outstanding warrants.
At least we have our priorities straight.

Great moments in feminism number 366!
An off duty female cop in the Bronx was punched in the face as a skell tried to steal her purse.
According to the story in the New York Post:
"Nilda Quezada, 41, was on her way to work at the 24th Precinct when a man in his 20s approached her at around 5:35 am, according to law-enforcement sources.
After muttering something in a language she could not understand, the brute snatched the gold necklace from around Quezada’s neck, sources said.
A struggle ensued, and the creep punched her in the nose, forcing the stunned cop to drop her purse, which contained her service weapon. The creep then rifled through the purse, snatched the gun, and fled, sources said."
Now the traditional way for a cop to lose is gun is to be drunk and leave it in a bar. That was when cops were all drunken racist Irish guys. But thanks to feminism we can live in a world where cops can get mugged and their guns stolen. When their purses are stolen. Good thing she is out there protecting us.
It is De Blasio time.

It's De Blasio Time.
Saykou George, 30, was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer after he tussled with Officer Jean Francisco on Wednesday in Harlem. He was seen carrying a knife and had an outstanding arrest warrant. He had prior arrests for assault and pot possession.
There are a couple of things that are interesting about this video. It is a little long but stick with it.
First of all the City Council has a bill pending that says that the cops have to get written permission before they can search someone like this. Imagine how that would go.
Second look how effective the female cop is in this confrontation. It should make any feminist proud of how she can do the job just as well as any man. Look how she jumped in their to protect her partner.
There is a movement in NYC called "Disarm the Police." They want to take the guns away from the cops and get them out of the neighborhood. They have already outlawed stop and frisk. Now they want to outlaw stop and talk.. Soon they will move to stop the police from doing anything at all against the skells and the criminals who make up along with their families a significant portion of the voting base for the progressive politicians running NYC. De Blasio got elected with about 20% of the eligible voters casting a ballot in the last election.
Of course the cop is under investigation. He is up on charges because he was trying to arrest a criminal with an outstanding warrant. He didn't pull his gun like the guy at the pool. He didn't use a nightstick or pepper spray. He tried talking with him first and then tried to take him down the old fashioned way without any help from his hapless female partner. So he is the one in trouble. You can understand why arrests are down more than 60% this quarter.
It's De Blasio time.
