Short form is 1% of illegals (as far as we can tell) are choppin' cotton and singin' Ol' Man Ribber. Almost all are in the big cities, as Stephen Miller put it, collecting welfare.
Clearly, we can do without them. Facts are murder, aren't they?

Listening last night to a comparison between the estimate of 12 million illegal aliens who entered this country in recent years (last four?) and the 12 million invited imigrants who came in legally through Ellis Island in the 50 years it was open. My Grandfather was one of them, with a place to stay and provision insured by others prior to his arrival. He had an eighth grade education, started work as a machinist, opened a bicycle repair shop when he was eighteen, and ended up owning and running a company that made screw machine parts, with two patents to his name. Regardless of what labor or services those coming in over the border illegally may be able to provide, they needed to be invited and documented.
