I have seen these clips with Fred Astaire but I thought the woman he dances with is his sister, Adele, because Fred's dancing partner is a crossword fill answer. Her name is a gimmie for solvers. And now this clip shows the woman is Rita and that changes everything. Honestly, the men look like they're working and she looks like she's having a blast.
Non-Hayworth related, there is another similar mashup, an old clip of the Ross Sisters also having a blast mashed up with new music. They're contortionists. The clip is intriguing and well done. Viewers complained they like the original music better, a ridiculous song, Solid Potato Salad. And the whole time you're watching the first mashup you're thinking, how in the world did they squeeze an act like that into a movie? It doesn't fit with anything. And the barn floor is unbarnlike stage flat. Turns in the original the way they fit in the act is have a movie about fitting the girls act into a show to be played at the barn theater. Mystery solved.
