Stanford Psychiatrist: The Guns Did It

As authorities admit that we may never know why Stephen Paddock opened fire, some medical authorities are offended that mental illness could have played a role.

Dr. David Spiegel:*

'The reason Paddock could kill so many people in a 10-minute span is that he had ready access to the means to do so,' Spiegel said. 'The real explanation,' he said, 'lies with guns and a culture that puts 'ridiculous firepower' in virtually anyone’s hands.'

'There’s nothing sick about him,' Spiegel said of Paddock. 'As a psychiatrist, I deeply resent the inference that anybody who does something like this is mentally ill. It’s untrue and deeply unfair to people with mental illness.'

No mention of Paddock's father's history; no public discussion of Paddock's habits up until the time of the shootings. No siree, Hillary has told us what we should do to prevent what happened.

Las Vegas Victim Meets President Trump.

An addendum to Chips Post.

Hey you filthy animals in the NFL.

This is how you show respect.

Thomas Gunderson was shot as he helped shooting
victims while under fire in Vegas. Until he got shot in the leg himself.

He was in severe pain but that didn't
matter. "I told
my family that I was going to stand up and shake my president's hand - out of
respect for him and our leaders and our nation,"

Contrast this country music fan with your typical felon in
the NFL.

This worthless piece of shit sat on the sideliines on the day of the murders. No respect. No empthay. Protected by his team. By his league. By ESPN, CBS, NBC and Fox. By the sportswriters and announcers. Bob Costas. Terry Bradshaw.

Compare and contrast.

Burn your NFL merchandise and your tickets. Cut the cord with cable. Call Budweiser like I did and tell them you will not buy their beer if they advertise the NFL.
