Just came back from my walk through LaJolla. The rich folks have car cleaners come to their house. Saw a Bentley, Rolls, and Jag, being cleaned in one driveway.
That's typical La Jolla. I used to live and work there too and that's how it works. Where did you go, the village or towards the shore? They are a little different in terms of who lives there and how they behave.
