There's an old saying that if you give a man a cord of wood, he'll be able to keep warm for a few nights, but if you douse him with gasoline and throw a match in his direction, he'll be able to stay warm for the rest of his life.
How come everyone but me has orgasmic food experiences? It's a shanda!
I love Big Night. And there are cultures who can cook and cultures that seem to be...challenged. To be fair though, some of the challenged cultures know how to distill and make up for it.
