Via Drudge: Anthony Scaramucci was removed from his position as White House communications director, just 10 days after his appointment to the post.
Mr. Scaramucci, who is nicknamed “The Mooch,” was removed at the urging of former Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly, who was sworn in as White House chief of staff Monday morning. Mr. Kelly is seeking to impose more discipline in the White House, two administration officials said.
After the swearing-in ceremony—which Mr. Scaramucci attended—Mr. Kelly returned to his office, where he informed Mr. Scaramucci in a one-on-one meeting that he was being forced to resign, a White House official said.
The ouster signaled Mr. Kelly’s authority over a White House that has been plagued by competing factions in the first six months of the Trump administration. President Donald Trump has told Mr. Kelly that all White House officials—including longtime advisers such as chief strategist Steve Bannon and family members such as son-in-law Jared Kushner —will report directly to the chief of staff, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said at Monday’s news briefing.
Mr. Scaramucci asked to keep his position at the U.S. Export-Import Bank when he gave his resignation, a White House official said. But Ms. Sanders said in the briefing that Mr. Scaramucci now holds no administration role.

Who leaked that story?
Discipline.
A Marine like Kelly would want someone who can keep his head and not blow up.
I thought I would miss the Mooch but aren't Trump tweets plenty a fodder?
That was the problem, I gather, with Mooch, he was becoming the story, eclipsing the boss.
Maybe Scaramucci completed his assignments. Getting rid of Spicer and Rience?
Could very well be.
The Mooch got rolled.
General Kelly is a mistake. A big mistake. He wants to go back to the Swamp. He wants to follow the dictates of the Duopoly. The knives are out for Bannon now since they got rid of Preibus. That nationalists have to counterattack.
A General is going to support the agenda of the military industrial complex. He is going to want to continue the endless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He is going to be in favor of a war with North Korea. In fact I predict that is where he is going first.
I think it is a disaster.
We are going to have a lot of dead Americans because of General Kelly. He is going to say we have to act to protect our prestige or our standing in the world or our status as leaders in the free world. He is going to press for military action as will Mad Dog.
President Trump puts too much faith in his generals. He is going to blunder badly if he follows them into another war. For what? Nation Building? Checking Russia? Stopping China?
The Norks have nukes now. They are maniacs. Do they have the balls to do what has to be done to effectively neutralize them before they unless a holocaust? I don't think so.
It is going to be a disaster.
I'm glad the Mooch is gone. As a rule, I despise hedge fund guys. They have wrecked the investment community. They are all wannabe George Soros.
Good riddance
Plus he's married to Sarah Jessica Parker.

Disagree. First, neither Mattis nor Kelly come across as McCain wannabes.*
Second, though I'm no great fan of gung ho Marines. Mattis does seem to be doing a good job keeping casualties down and our objectives focused.
Whether Kelly is a mistake remains to be seen.
* Asked The Blonde about McCain's tumor (she has 5 years in oncology). It's the same Teddy Kennedy had with the same prognosis.
One question that ought to be raised, was Junior competent to cast that vote? If not, Pence could overturn it.
Ed you have to realize that this is a mistake. Not everything that Trump does is right. This is a big mistake.
The generals want to ramp it up in Afghanistan. Trump sent them back to the drawing board. They want to keep the wars going. Do you really think Kelly is going to fight against that?
It is a big, big mistake.
Generals play between the 40 yard markers. They don't lead revolts against Establishments. I hope Troop is wrong about Kelly pushing for wars, especially war with North Korea. We'll see. Instinctively I sense Kelly's the type who is repulsed by The Wall and will do what he can to block it. At this point I'd consider Trump a success if he gets a significant tax cut.
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON? Oh, I get it, Gen. Kelly is the straight man to Mooches irascible eye-tie. Can't have a guy be able to shoot from the hip. So who is going to replace him? It's an open game now? Trump says there is no chaos? Well, hate to break it to you, but the GOP is fucking you and your agenda over and this white house bullshit is a massive distraction and people are starting to wonder if you can get your shit straight. So if Kelly helps get your shit straight, then i'm for it. Ugh, who would have ever thought that having the house, senate, and the WH would be this fucking daunting? Legislation should have been a slam fucking dunk, but nope. Too many fuck-heads thinking they can piss in each others cereals and be that guy. This country is run by morons.
Calling McCain a moron is insulting to actual morons.

What Kelly wants and what Trump agrees to are two different things.
I know not everything Trump does works, but you're letting this alt-right thing, which is basically watered-down Libertarianism, cloud your thinking.
If what you say was true, Trump would have taken up in Syria where IdiotBoy left off.

Depends on the general, but Kelly's job is to make the White House run smoothly. Leading the revolt is Trump's job.

That's true enough. He's clearly gone past moron and moved into potato.

D.C. just didn't like Scaramucci coming down there with his oily hair.

Bags has been right all along about the Wall. We didn't need a physical Wall. We didn't need one not so long ago. All we needed was enforcement of existing laws and lack of incentives. But there were too many fat, white, middle-aged men who needed their lawns mowed, and too many fat, white American women who needed a Maria to clean their houses. So they told their local pols to "be nice." Somehow it become OK to enable more and more immigration to the point where both parties actively encouraged it. We even have communities which aid and abet criminality by people who should not be here. Trump, Kelly, and Sessions are fighting that in a real sense.
"If what you say was true, Trump would have taken up in Syria where IdiotBoy left off."
He did by bombing and getting praise from the neocons and the media. If Trump wants more praise he just has to start more wars to say filthy Muslim goatfuckers instead of putting America first.
I am not a libertarian Ed. I am an old fashioned Father Coughlin/Charles Lindbergh/pat Buchanan fascist isolationist. America first. That is what got Trump elected.
General Kelly is a member in good standing of the Swamp.
You can tell by who is happy that he got the job. The media. The conservative pundits. The cucks. The neocons. Karl Rove. Meghan McCain. Shep Smith. Lady Graham.
We need a physical wall. If President Trump doesn't get that done he will not be reelected.

Maybe the Mooch was a hired political hitman. He whacked Rinse, and scared Bannon.

At this point, Trump's likely opponent in 2020 will be either Hillary redux or Kamala Harris. Both are pro-open borders and dedicated to redefining the American electorate. So I doubt it. The southern invasion is slowing under Trump. It would accelerate under a Dem. I doubt there is third party candidate who can build the coalition that Trump did.
Remember, JEB, Rubio, et al., -- the whole lot of them -- are pro-open borders. It's probably because many chamber of commerces are as well. Many STEM businesses are pro-open borders as well.
If Sessions, Kelly, and Trump were not being so effective at curbing invasion, I would agree with you, Troop that a physical wall is necessary. But Democrats are screaming too loudly out here -- lacing their get togethers with chants of "fuck Trump" something is working.
PPS FWIW Word is The Donald is preparing an independent White House to fight Congress.
This is up there with Anthony Kennedy's retirement and moving Sessions to DHS to kill the recusal. Maybe it happens, maybe it don't, but I don't doubt Trump has something up his sleeve for the Whigs.
I don't see a lot of value in having a wall on one side when you have millions inside the wall taking your stuff anyway. Homegirl buying her baby daddy crack with welfare payments is no better than illegal Pedro getting his free stuff.
The problem is government stealing and giving away working people's hard earned money, to people are not contributing and not truely needy. I'd rather pay for the education of illegals' children than baby daddy's crack and crime, but why pay for either?
As for General Kelly, we'll see, but I want the Trump machine running on all cylinders, and not driving around in a clown car with every clown out to make a name for himself in the fame to riches game. We got serious hard work to do. Stop fucking around.
Wining an election is not governing. Every President won one and many won two, yet few governed effectively for the interests of Americans. Eye on the prize, people. Nothing succeeds like success.

It's going to be Kamala Harris for several reasons.
1) She is a friend of the Obamas
2) Obvious racial/gender minority PC points
3) She has the malodorous proclivity to ask questions and interrupt the answerer. Which the leftists believe will be effective against Trump in 2020 during debates.
4) She is a senator from California. Automatic 55 electoral votes
5) Her husband Doug Emhoff is a well known leftist lawyer stooge who can rally the DNC cash machine and has bonafide's with the perception of helping the downtrodden.
6) She would be following in Obama's footsteps of being less than a 1 term senator angling to become the first black female president.
7) She's a communist and blacks love their communism.
I have a sneaking suspicion that HRC might drop dead before 2020. Her physical ailments aren't getting any better. Her alcohol fueled parkinsons is getting worse.
Say what you will about Obama, he has grifter skills. Harris does not. She neither has the ability or the inclination to hide her animus toward whites. Maybe she can get away with that in California but it will undo her in a nation wide contest.
My friends and I are gaga about Kamala Harris. She is kind of hot too. She is our Macron or Trudeau.
Wait she is an Indian? She will get the asian vote big time. I thought she was a wise latino? I should of know by the first name.
I spoke with my husband who said Harris can't run for president because she was born in India
So you are back to your lie about having a "husband" and he is explaining the constitution to you. What do your dogs have to say about this situation?
