A federal judge in Hawaii has ruled against President Trump's revised travel ban, issuing a nationwide order to block it

A federal judge in Hawaii issued a nationwide order on Wednesday evening blocking President Trump’s decree banning travel from parts of the Muslim world. The decision deals a political blow to the White House and signals that proponents of the ban face a long and risky legal battle ahead.
The ruling is the second frustrating defeat for Mr. Trump’s travel ban, after a federal court in Seattle halted an earlier version of the executive order last month. Mr. Trump responded with fury to that setback, lashing out at the judiciary before ultimately abandoning the order.

The Supremes are going to have to get involved.
This is within the prerogatives of presidential powers. Just because it's distasteful to some sensibilities doesn't make it unconstitutional.
Gorsuch.
Nucular
Man if this is not proof enough Trump was needed as POTUS.
It seems predictable that Trump would be blocked a third time and fourth time and as many times as it takes for so-called judges to voice their petulance. Watch them do the same for other executive orders for the sole reason that they don't like Trump. This obviously will erode people's trust in the federal judiciary.
The judge cites the "palpable" feeling on the pit of his stomach clause of the constitution.
He cited news accounts... he's on solid ground I tell you. LOL 😂
Torches. Pitchforks. Rope.

Trump gave the so-called judge ulcers. Bravo!

All this proves to me is that the left has had it wrong and has been wrong since day one, which is frankly since Das Kapital. it further proves that when you lift the veil on the cockroaches that have infested government, this is how they retaliate. I hear the cries of injustice from the leftists on the immigration ban. Yeah? Well, where fuck were these people when Obama was deporting or banning them? Crickets.
This phrase "dealt a political blow to the White House"... I do not think it means what you think it means.
People are increasingly disgusted by a political ideology that consists of a belief that the law and the constitution means whatever they want it to mean, that clearly "good things" are more important anyway and that those who care about the law or constitution only care as an excuse for "bad things"...
How is yet another example of this *thing* that got Trump elected (one of many, similar) expected to deal a "political blow" to him? It's like trying to destroy the comic book energy monster by blasting it with a laser beam and then being unable to figure out how it keeps getting bigger.
Like some dummy, couple of them actually, yesterday on Facebook. I said "so we're caring about golfing now?" and got charges of both racism and hypocrisy thrown at me within the hour. Because that's worked so well for them for the last eight years...
The media has no more legitimacy.
The courts are clearly feeling left out and trying to catch up.
No more hiding, Hacks! Now you have to show your true colors. Now we know, for certain, who is willing to ignore clear constitutional prerequisites and issue orders based on wish-casting, virtue-signalling, and emotional neediness. I truly, truly, hope that no one dies because of his dishonest and entirely political hackery posing as rule of law.

Partying at a gay night club in Orlando talking about how great Obama is or throwing a Christmas Party in San Bernardino. Obama wasn't deporting or banning Muslims from any country. He was stopping Coptics, Jews, and Christians while letting in Muslims.
I never said he was deporting or banning muslims, just that he was stopping people from the same six or seven countries that Trump used in his EO's.
Meth, my comment wasn't personal to you. I was responding to your rhetorical with another rhetorical.
