The poll, released on Tuesday, also showed that Americans are divided on Trump’s performance so far — 48 percent of registered voters approve of the job that Trump is doing, compared to 47 percent who disapprove.
It a statistic that should not come as a surprise, the poll notes that 89 percent of Republicans approve of Trump, while 81 percent of Democrats disapprove. According to the poll, Trump’s “failure to pass the 50 percent threshold” for approval is because of his standing among independents, a group in which 52 percent disapprove.

The facebook leftist keyboard warriors are already out in force spreading there lies on trump lying. Just like how fake news has been spreading the meme that Gorsuch said Trump's comments about the judiciary were disheartening and demoralizing. Gorsuch never said those words, but are being characterized that he did. This is how these little fucking rats work and republicans in the house and senate become shrinking violets who's spines become gelatinous.

The people who conducted that poll wrote this in their summary:
"DeVos’ nomination is opposed by voters who attended both public and private school, but voters who attended public school - of which DeVos’ is a strong opponent – oppose her nomination..."
What this should tell you is that the people who conducted the poll, Emerson College Polling, are lying, dishonest dirtbags who shouldn't be trusted to report on the time of day much less the opinions of American voters.
Here's an interesting factoid which had escaped my generally well-informed if slightly unbalanced mind:
"Betsy DeVos's brother, Erik Prince, a former U.S. Navy SEAL officer, is the founder of Blackwater USA, a private military services contractor."
Her personal security shouldn't be a problem.
I don't give a crap about Trump's fluctuating approval ratings. All I care about is that he doesn't "grow" in office.
I've hoped to see the death of at least one media dinosaur, preferably an alphabet news network. This would healthy in a Shumpetarian sense and would send all the right signals. Maybe it would get a few Journos out of their D.C. comfort zone.

Trump says shit off the top of his head, but the media's evasions and elisions are more calculated and manipulative. I've seen live tv coverage of riots, In the background there are burning cars and kids throwing rocks. In the foreground the anchor is intoning that the demonstration is "mostly peaceful".....You don't have to tell lies. You just have to know where to put the accent marks. If you're doing a story on refugees, find the cute two year old and avoid photographing that young man with the beard and the fanatical look in his eye.
