Evi is so correct. What's with those two that they didn't anticipate losing the weight if it broke through? I was anxious the whole time.
Ice fishing is a cult. The flick, Grump Old Men, showed the masses just that. It was set in a neighboring town to where my daughter went to college.
I wonder if Allen ice fishes?
1, 2, 3... 3 licks to get to the bottom of a tootsie roll pop. We may never know if 20kg of red hot steel will go through a foot of ice without someone picking up the no longer red hot steel and dropping it on the ice.

i'm not surprised it didn't go through. Heat radiating out 360 degrees but how much was going directly down into the ice?
