A yes, the idea that sticking a baby out a window in a cage for them to get fresh air and sunshine was so in fashion at the time, but today would be met with shock and horror at such a feat.
I know but it kind of explains how Garage Mahal got that way. Just sayn'
Actually his case, they just stuck him in the cage and then covered it up.
This child will eventually develop a bad case of issues.
