Honestly... much closer to aging parents and it *is* gorgeous from June to October.
The now-married progeny moved to Seattle. They were all... we're going to the courthouse and moving and when we're settled we'll have a big party there sometime next year, just thought you should know. Kids! So we packed up and drove for two days and they went to the courthouse with their parents, grandparents and all the siblings and we had a picnic and fireworks at the lake. A party later is nice, but really getting *married* is the event that matters, even if it's in t-shirts at a courthouse.
