Where, O where

is the ACLU on this one?

You remember the ACLU, the Lefty hired guns who'd take up any case if it stood to make American life that much less beautiful? Skokie? Abortion? Prayer in school?

That said, why aren't they screaming their heads off about the latest affront to Separation of Church and State (which BTW is nowhere in the Constitution)?

Yes, rebels and rebelettes, I'm talking about Trump ordering flags flown at half staff for the Commie Pope himself, Frank. Where's the outrage? Where's the assaults on Catholic churches? Where is the Antifa crowd breaking into Irish, Italian, Polish, and Mexican homes to destroy all those graven images of the Virgin Mary and Saint Christopher?

Maybe they think the Church is a lost cause. Maybe they're afraid Catholic Churches have had Sentry Mode installed.

Maybe those blue collar neighborhoods are like the idea of Elon buying Harley. A little too dangerous for the faculty lounge crowd.

On Foam & Flip Flops

Under the foam, there appears to be some sort of plot to find something or someone they can latch onto and bring to the surface to create drama and demand attention while ignoring facts and perverting truth.

On Stuck Between Need & Freeze

"Aerial images show thousands of acres of state forests have been damaged in Northern Michigan in the aftermath of March’s severe ice storm. Approximately 919,550 acres of state forest land are impacted by the ice storm, according to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources’ Forest Resources Division.
“I’ve worked for the state for 39 years and I’ve never seen anything quite like this,” said Jeff Stampfly, Chief of the Forest Resources Division.  Otsego County is among the 12 counties under Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s State of Emergency declaration. Whitmer has requested a Presidential Emergency Declaration (EM) for the State of Michigan as well."  As of today, 2000 residents are still without power after a "generational ice storm" moved through the northern half of the state two weeks ago.

Whitmer needs Trump's help and proposed interventions if Michigan is to survive the losses and limitations its been experiencing and begin to thrive again.  The time for reacting to him with insults, barbs, and distain is over and gone.  She needs to show her face with courage, consider him a resource,  and work out a deal that will benefit the state she's twice been elected to govern.

Guess the Governor!

Who would do such a thing?

Saw this and thought of MamaM:

But wait, there's more!

The truth will out

and other old saws that keep being proven true.

At some point, I think I showed how the numbers for the '20 election didn't add up and, after the 18 million votes Tapper IDed as the ballot dump, there were 25 million unaccounted for.

Well, raise a glass to persistence.

Rasmussen says they have the answer. About 10 million (7 - 14 they figure) likely voters either weren't or weren't sure if they were US citizens.

This really is getting to be fun.
