AP interviews Trump

No video. It's in transcript form. We see media trying to get Trump separated from Saudi Arabia. That's been a concerted effort based on information from Erdoğan. We see media comporting with Democrats to make illegal immigrant child separation an issue for mid terms. We see media as niggling imps interested in the well being of Democrat party above media concern for the well being of America. That is, their questions are angled as picayune Democrat attacks, all Democrat narratives about surface appearance of important issues with broad ramifications in the manner of children describing issues well out of their depth. Trump answers as statesman concerned for his county where segments form a whole while the journalist's questions are all about this and that surface bit as viewed by Democrat child minds. Trump's answers go right over their heads. They don't care about what Trump cares about, Trump's answers come pre-rejected.

And it's funny.

AP: You’ve spoken about security clearances. Do you have any plans to take any more clearances away any time soon? 

Trump: Yeah, I do. 

AP: From whom? 

Trump: People I don’t trust.

The interview is filled with such gems.

I watch and read these interviews and keep thinking throughout it must be intolerable for Trump to even bother with imps. We know Trump views reporters as cockroaches, yet useful cockroaches if he can force them to write the right things once in a while.

He tells them what they are missing while he knows they miss them on purpose.

AP  Where I've yet to see anything close to fair reporting. And they don't bother with comments because they're talkers not listeners and they don't care what you think so you cannot tell them where their bias is spotted.

To be fair though, AP did ask good questions for the most part and Trump had fun with them, trolling them in the first few introductory seconds.

President Trump: How is the business of the news? We’re keeping you busy? 

AP: Yes, sir, you are. 

AP: Thank you for doing this. 

Trump: What are you going to do in 6½ years with a normal boring person here? 

AP: It has certainly been a busy two years. 

Trump: It’s going to be different, going to be different.
