OooOooh. Now I get it.
They phrase it so many ways, it's confusing. "Blasts three-run home run on first pitch of the season" and "goes yard in his first at-bat of the season."
I don't understand that kind of talk.

PS Teams in the minors have some interesting names.
Akron is the Rubber Ducks, NH (Manchester) is the Fisher Cats, Richmond is the Flying Squirrels, Hartford is the Yard Goats.
