A couple ideas are like stromboli where they use refrigerated dinner roll dough. Tsk. They're dough-averse.
I thought it was going to be rolled-food like hors d'oeuvres, but it's for dinners. Meat loaf, chicken cordon bleu, stromboli, and something that makes sliced potato look like fish scales.

Fun. I'd maybe do thinner rolls and slice them for hors d'oeuvres.
