The 52-48 party-line vote called for by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Thursday will let the Senate confirm Neil Gorsuch on Friday to take a court seat that Republicans refused to let President Barack Obama fill during his last year in office.
The rule change means Gorsuch and all future Supreme Court nominees can be confirmed with a simple majority vote and will no longer face a 60-vote hurdle.

Supposedly, McConnell just got fed up with Chuckie and the rest of the clown car, but poor Junior McCain felt obliged to announce he'd vote for Gorsuch to try to prevent this stunning blow to Senate collegiality.
The Demos have been dragging their feet on Trump's appointments, so at least one house of Congress may start to see some action.

I'll bide my time until he makes a few rulings. Many Republican nominees going back to Earl Warren (at least) have been big bags of crap especially giant family size bag of crap John Roberts.
