Reuters:
The report from the Jupiter Police Department said Corey Lewandowski, 42, was charged for intentionally grabbing and bruising the arm of Michelle Fields, a reporter at the time for the conservative news outlet Breitbart, against her will at a Trump campaign event on March 8.
"Mr. Lewandowski is absolutely innocent of this charge," Trump's campaign said in a statement. "He will enter a plea of not guilty and looks forward to his day in court. He is completely confident that he will be exonerated."
Simultaneously, the police department released a video showing the incident between Fields and Lewandowski. Unlike previous videos released by news networks which were at the news conference, the new video is not obscured by people.
The video shows Fields walking alongside Trump and then Lewandowski grabbing her arm and pulling her backward.
Then there is
this, from a woman claiming to have been inside the Trump train from the beguining...
It pains me to say, but he [Trump] is the presidential equivalent of Sanjaya on American Idol. President Trump would be President Sanjaya in terms of legitimacy and authority.
And I am now taking full responsibility for helping create this monster — and reaching out directly to those voters who, like me, wanted Trump to be the real deal.

It's not that the truth can't get it's pants on fast enough - it's that so many people prefer to chase the naked lie. Don't follow a streaker, or you might find yourself in a dead end alley with a naked dude.
Jupiter is not that far from where I live... and apparently not that far from this campaign season.
The Red Soz played a bunch of spring training games there and we couldn't go seen any of them. the timing was all wrong.
Last night Mars and Saturn were right next to the half moon, and very clearly visible here. Even with my crappy Walmart telescope I could make out the rings of Saturn, or I might have just been high.

As I said before, a bought drink and an apology could have fixed this, but they doubled down and called her a liar instead. They chose poorly.
Doubling down has worked marvelously so far... why would they do anything else?
Glenn Reynolds captured it perfectly with that quote, Lem.
It's all lies!
*Sigh*
Trump is in the zone: 'Hillary sucks and she's an awful candidate, but I Trump am going to HAND it to her, one way or the other. Lies, rage tabloid pals, and enemies - that's where it's at.'
I must question Trump's political instincts - Are they this bad? (Between this gift to Hillary and her media - and the NE tabloid faux slime job/endorsement)? or is he freaking out and attempting to lose on purpose?
Anybody else smell a roust here?
With the One True Ted looking like Henry Ward Beecher, it would seem this is an attempt to dirty up the Trump campaign.
I thought it had been pretty well established he was on the other side of the room at the time.
Anybody know the political milieu in Jupiter FL, RINO, Demo, what?

Bull, if he was on the other side of the room - and, remember, Michelle Fields is a hardcore Cruzzer (it's why she quit Breitbart, remember?) and they lie all the time - then this is phony.
BTW the charge is misdemeanor battery.
PS Think you got the wrong link, dude. This one's about how The Donald can win. The one you're looking for is by Stephanie Cegielski, who misrepresents her role in the Trump campaign significantly, according to Snopes.

What?
You're the only sentient creature on Planet Earth, aside maybe from bag, who still contends it wasn't the Rubio crowd who got the Cruz adultery piece published.
And Hillary's probably overjoyed there's another serial adulterer besides her "husband" to talk about.
For those interested in the facts, the "surveillance" vid of the "battery"
He brushes past her.
As I said, roust.
Video of alleged battery on woman reporter.
Link
Hate to remind April, but this not the same incident where Ms Fields claimed she was knocked to the ground by "Trumpist thugs".
It is, however, clearly intended to play on the ignorance of the willingly gullible.
Her bruises were faked to. Everything is a conspiracy!
ed- stop - you're embarrassing yourself.

No, but it's been established Lewandowski didn't do that, he was all the way across the room. She was knocked down in that one, not brushed against, remember? This is a separate incident, sweetie, if you'd bother to look.
You're the one who's embarrassing herself.
But what are facts to someone determined to see President Hillary because she hates Donald Trump for saying something nice about Hillary?
I just watched the 12 second tape. Apparently Fields was trying to get in a question after Trump had ended his question period with reporters and was leaving the stage. Lewandowski maybe, because it's very hard to see anything happening on the tape, steered her away from Trump. That's it. That's the whole "incident." Don't believe me? Watch the tape yourself and see what a tempest in a tea pot this is.
"It is, however, clearly intended to play on the ignorance of the willingly gullible."
To speak knowledgeably about this issue, you'll need to know the Florida statute on battery. Do you have the text of that Florida law?
Simple battery may include any form of non-consensual harmful or insulting contact, regardless of the injury caused.

The One True Ted's plan to get out of the adultery thing(s) must be going badly, so we have this.
I hope somebody's following the money and the emails because you know this is a set up.
I was very on the fence about putting this up, but, since April's going berserk over at Insta, something to pique people's interest at what may be getting ready to explode. An interview with a girl who claims she was a paid "escort" who met Cruz for sexual trysts. A couple of things about this - it fits the pattern that some, Anonymous included, seem to be saying was the nature of Cruz' involvement with Amanda Carpenter and the piece gives the impression this girl is living in fear. From the Anointed One?

Such "battery" is committed on every bus, subway, trolley, and commuter railway in every big city in this country a hundred times a day.
They're going to look like dingbats if they pursue this. As I say, it's clearly intended to play on the ignorance of the willingly gullible. Not to mention the perfidy of the morally corrupt.
PS The original story was she was knocked down and bruised.
Remember?
If you go to a good legal blog, Jonathan Turley's, he has a post w/ details on the battery statute in Florida.
Thanks, Nick.
"Such "battery" is committed on every bus, subway, trolley, and commuter railway in every big city in this country a hundred times a day. "
Not according to Florida statute, Ed. Inform yourself first; spout off with moralizing opinions second.
Something else off Gateway, presented as a FWIW.
The guy interviewed is giving his opinion, but, in the interview, it sounds as if the woman who would be named as Cruz' paramour in the mea culpa would be Sarah Flores, Fiorina's campaign manager, also one of the women whose photo was IDed from the Enquirer piece. What I don't think the Cruz campaign took into account, if this interview has any connection with reality, was Amanda Carpenter's highly embarrassing and compromising trail on social media and the possibility Anonymous may have filmed her and Cruz in a compromising situation.
Ordinarily, I'd have just let this slide, but, since the I Hate Trump Crowd is going all Josef Goebbels today, why the Hell not?

Mo moralizing, just facts. This is so clearly a roust, it's laughable.
Brushing past someone is hardly battery. But, yeah, if the authorities want to press the absolute letter of the statute, we can all be arrested for all sorts of offenses. That's how you ended up in Dachau.
But go ahead and spout off
Lyin' Ed. Weak.
PS Well, surprise, surprise, surprise!!!!
Look who's the prosecutor of Corey Lewandoski (that's his name for all you Trump-haters).
It's a Hillary campaign staff member.
Cute.
Here's the thing. This will play out in a court of law where I predict it will be dismissed. As Ed says worse things happen on the Subway everyday. It is not quite the Apocalypse that every pajama boy in the media makes it out to be. If he is truly guilty than he should face the music. By all means lets litigate to give lawyers more money.
This reporter is following a well worn path of supposedly conservative reporters or correspondents or complementers who make their bones turning on Republican candidates and being praised by the liberal mainstream media. David Brock, Meghan McCain and Megyn Kelly are just a few that spring to mind.
As far at the Trump staffer who is turning on him this is another well worn cliche. You might recall that the same thing happened to Sarah Palin. Another populist who ran against the conventional wisdom. Nicole Wallace springs to mind. She took money to be a loyal consultant and staffer to the McCain Palin campaign but traded in on it to trash Palin and the Republican brand. She got a slot on the view and still has a rice bowl all over FOX and other cuckservative venues. Miss Smith is following the well worn path of biting the hand that fed her. Nothing new to see.
What will be amusing to see is the coverage of the prostitute that Ted Cruz employed. I believe she will be different however. She bit the dick that fed her.
I am not making excuses for Cory. This should be adjudicated in a court of law. If he is guilty he should face the appropriate punishment. If he is not then he should sue this woman and the Washington Post douchenozzle for every penny they have until their ears bleed.
Lyin' York. Weak.
Ed- I don't really buy anything Hoft "reports" anymore. However, even if persecutor is a Hillary supporter, this all could have been alleviated by Trump and Corey apologizing to her in private. She was, after all, there as a Trump supporter.
Trump don't do apology. Apologies are PC.
April, the Cruz crowd is working with the McConnell/Rinse crew. Maybe even with the hillary crowd. They are all scared of trump.
And she was a hardcore Cruzzer.
Get your lies straight.
If Trump wants to double-down on every petty issue, and fight like a caveman with a Napoleon complex, he is free to do so, but don't be surprised as people find his behavior increasingly repellent.
Again with the conspiracy theories -ed. I worry about you.
pppffft. I'm not afraid of Trump and I doubt any of these people are either -- Hillary is probably cackling up a storm at the prospect of facing him.
Women, really, is this all you got? Let's say I'm a woman-hating Trump supporter. You (women generally) keep proving my point you use your sex for power, the power to lure and destroy, as we've seen against Trump who loves women, you use your bleeding as weapon as we've seen used against Trump and we see you using your oh so delicate non-touchable bodies being used as weapon against Trump even as you crowd for propinquity. You sorry ass little creatures are not fit to report. Do, get out of the way. But no, you sue to draw more attention to yourself and use your delicate nature and your need for high heels and and skin softened with expensive creams and hourly makeup that must remain perfectly unsmeared unless you are crying dramatically, and your manicured hands with all the tremendously great attention lavished up all ten fingernails continuously and use all that agains Trump. No, you're not fit to report, and here you are reporting on yourself. This is a very boring distraction from the greatness of Trump, a little too transformative for the already transfixed!
*snaps back* Phew. Wonder how many of those guys are out there. I think I saw them in the Trump t-shirt slideshow, the one with "there will be hell toupee". Toupee from hell. That's still hilarious. Just as soon as I channel them angrily they put on a ridiculous good humor shirt and there goes my whole routine. Soplan mi mente. They blow like a bubble, puff, my mind.
Trump doesn't have to apologize for the actions of another man. Especially if his man says he didn't do it. He is taking his guys word for it instead of a lying member of the media backed up by the worst kind of liberal Washington Post scumbag.
It is going to court. Where it should be. We will find out what happened then. But you can be sure it will be dismissed. Like the Rick Perry indictment. Like the rape case against the Duke Lacrosse players. Like the dudes who supposedly raped that liar in the Rolling Stone Case. It is more of the same bullshit.
It's Tawana Brawley all the way down.
PS Which don't you believe, the prosecutor is a Hillary partisan?
The other stuff - as I noted - is all opinion and I wasn't going to put it up because it's just one guy's view, but, as I said, "since the I Hate Trump Crowd is going all Josef Goebbels today"...

It does sound like she's scared. Cruz will do anything to win, April notwithstanding, and his campaign manager makes Carville look like a saint.
There's still a teacher somewhere. And I'm curious about Katrina Pierson, the Trump rah-rah girl. I don't believe she's denied any involvement, but she certainly hates Cruz and maybe Heidi, so she may be the woman scorned and have a tale she's holding until the right time.
"Trump doesn't have to apologize for the actions of another man."
And there you have it. That reflects the mindset not only of Trump's biggest supporter, it is the mindset of Trump himself.
Fail.
ack! I was on board to vote for him (even tho not a supporter) until the National Enquirer Cruz is having 5 affairs and Heidi is ugly thing hit.
That's it! I'm not making a "I am woman hear me roar". Pretend I'm a guy - I still don't like Trump - based on his actions and his behavior!
Try. to. get. it. thu. thick. lovely. skluz. my. friends.
I gotta go.
He didn't even touch her.
Watch the vid (deaf ears, I know).
Trump just spoke of this matter at length during a press conference onboard his airplane. He said that the alleged battery occurred inside a Trump property, and that his company voluntarily gave the police department all of the videos made by security cameras in the ar eawhere the incident happened. The videos show Fields grabbing Trump's sleeve as Trump walked past, and showed Corey Lewandowski pushing her arm off of Trump. The expression of Fields' face does not change, there's no expression of pain, etc.
There was no grabbing, no pushing Fields down to the floor as she initially alleged. Trump said that he believes Lewandowski is innocent of battery and will not fire him. He pointed out the the reporters on the plane that they get jostled on a daily basis by security and others, because the the job and the close quarters. A couple of the reporters mumbled agreement.
Here's a link to the remarks Trump made in today's presser.

The answer is to put the press behind a rope like Hillary.
Well at least the girls and the men who act like girls.
Rosalind Russell would have just pushed him back.
They don't make news people the way they used to that's for shit sure.
Jupiter, FL police released this video.
You can spot Trump by the color of his hair, and Fields is wearing a white sweater or jacket. As Trump passes her, she grabs his coat sleeve with her left hand. Corey Lewandowski is walking a few steps behind Trump, and separates Fields from Trump's sleeve. It was something anyone concerned about security would have done. Fields wasn't thrown down, she didn't yell or scream, she was not roughed up. She did not allege that Lewandowski caused her arm to be bruised until a later time.
Remember this? It's Huma Abedin pushing a woman away from Hillary Clinton a few months ago. No battery charges, because it wasn't battery.
For those interested, though April likes to accuse Trump of dirty pool, he has nothing on the One True Ted. His campaign manager caused a man's suicide.

And you would know what being PC and non-PC is? Really?
"No battery charges, because it wasn't battery."
That is the same legal calculus of the Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland.
Gateway has coverage of Trump's defense of Lewandowski.
"And you would know what being PC and non-PC is? Really?"
I invented the concept of PC. 40 years ago. I am actually THE authority on PC.
Of course Lawnboy thinks PC means acting like a Puerile Cunt.
You have to admit that is something he has really mastered.
Hmm, looks like the One true Ted is riding a cold streak.
Rubio will not allow his delegates to be parceled out to Cruz, after all.
That old Cuban proverb, revenge is a dish best served cold, may yet come back to haunt the quintuple adulterer.
Rubio's move is to help Cruz. He withholds 100 delegates from Trump in the first round who will then go to Cruz. It's equivalent to Cruz winning a big state. It hurts Trump in the first round where he must win, and helps Cruz in the second round where he will be competitive or better. It's neverTrumpism, and I like it.
"the quintuple adulterer"
Ha! It never happened, unless you're talking about Trump.
"Trump doesn't have to apologize for the actions of another man."
And there you have it. That reflects the mindset not only of Trump's biggest supporter, it is the mindset of Trump himself.
Fail.
No it's not. It's the dictionary definition of both personal responsibility AND loyalty. Maybe it's time America got back to those things.
Trump doesn't owe anyone to be the judge, jury and executioner of a guy who works for him. If he pays his legal fees, I think that's wonderful. Maybe more employers should be willing to look out for their employees legally than constantly on the look-out for ways to throw people under the bus.
And seriously. For touching someone's arm (at most) as they pushed them out of the way? For that to be even legally actionable shows just how lily-livered this country is. If more people pushed more nags and obstructionists and oafs and just plain slovenly douchebags out of the way then this country would be a better place, IMO. Way too many people coddled into thinking that by virtue of parking their do-nothing ass right in front of you they get to block all reasonable action - a mindset that rots all the way to the top. Fuck that BS. Enough.
"I remember the day after Fields accused Lewandowski of grabbing her arm the refrain from Trump fans on Twitter was “Prove it! File a police report or you’re lying.” So she filed a police report. Then the refrain was “It was the other guy standing behind Trump, not Lewandowski!” Then new video came out showing, no, it was Lewandowski. Then the refrain was “He barely touched her. No one could seriously believe this is battery.” So now he’s been charged with battery.
There’ll be a new refrain today. Never forget: You’ll never talk someone out of believing something they really want to believe."

You're dreaming.
Cruz and Roe had it all set up to snatch them. They'd made sure they had their men on all the necessary committees to grab them up.
Now Rubio steps in and wants to keep them, which is his right under the rules.
If you'd been following this story, you'd know this is something of a disaster for the One True Ted.
Not as big as his many adulteries come back to bite him or shooting off his mouth before the vid of Lewandowski hit the 'Net, but a disaster all the same.
He was counting on those delegates to narrow the gap.
Ha! It never happened, unless you're talking about Trump
You're getting like April. If it's bad news, you don't want to hear it.
It's pretty sure three of them are going to come out, one way or t'other.
Katrina Pierson and the teacher, we'll have to see.

Lol.You've got it all worked out, don't you? What a process. Anything to deny the inevitable.
This country's sick of inaction. Even if it means throwing in with a guy who's at least willing to take the restraints off of his mouth, if nothing else.
The Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pd1vWYr51tk&feature=youtu.be
He grabs her with his left hand and then his right. He stops her forward progress and pulls her backward about 5 feet. No serious battery in my mind, but technically, yes. It would be likely to get you a fist in the face from a man, but he would never do that to a man, because he's a bully and a pussy.
I wouldn't have filed charges myself, but Trumpers said if she didn't she was lying, so she did.
The important point is all the lying, denials, and blaming her by Trump and his followers as well as Breitbart's shameful response to their own reporter telling the truth. All this was done to support a politician. Very admirable stuff.
If you want to believe that Rubio is trying to help Trump here, then you are simply too bright to be wasting time talking politics. Do something about the coming zombie apocalypse. We need you on that, pronto.
5 feet?
I didn't see no 5 feet... in that far-away grainy video footage.
5 feet I could see pressing forward on a battery charge without much shame, especially given her whole job situation, quitting, the embarrassment of Breitbart sucking up to Trump, etc.
But if it was just the inch of so of pushback that I saw then who cares.
None of this detracts from the unavoidable larger narrative: There is a go-along to get-along RNC and a guy who seems to at least pay lip service to a desperately needed loyalty in America. Now if only Breitbart had been loyal to their own employee, that would have reflected well on them.
But no. Breitbart is generally RNC or bust so of course it doesn't value loyalty. And hence, the mess that is this story.
I refer of course to the video footage I'd seen as of yet... not Bag's video.

You know it doesn't have to be either-or (at least I hope you don't).
Rubio's out for himself. He's hoping he'll be the one the party fathers turn to if they can steal the nod from Trump. Maybe that's already been broached.
I do hope you're not entertaining the silly notion they'd give it to the Colossus of Ted, even if he does.
This is a test intellectual honesty. I see all the Trump haters failed.
MH is right. This was all proven to be lies a week ago (or was it two?) when the first video came out.
"Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; or"
Amazing. So anyone who pushes past me in crowd can be arrested. And maybe sued for some $$$.
Cool. 911 here I come.
If he grabbed her on her upper arm, then why is she parading around bruises on her lower forearm? Also, if this constitutes misdemeanor battery, then I think the law should be rethought. Seriously. Now, I'd get pissed if someone grabbed me and pushed me out of the way, but I wouldn't constitute it as being battered. He's going to win because a jury is going to look at her and what he did and basically tell her to get over it. Then I hope he turns around and sues her for defamation because she's basically smeared him as a batterer.
I don't understand the splashback on Breitbart? They probably saw the same video we did, they probably told her that we'd love to back you, but we don't see battery here, breathless vapors ensued and she left and Shapiro White Knighted himself out of a job if not a career. I hope it was worth it.

Look at the video I linked. It shows the whole thing clerly. It was not a bump, or a simple arm grab. If some guy did that to me on a subway, he'd miss his stop, and need help finding the door. Still, I wouldn't call the cops, but that's what you guys demanded.

Related question for experts. Is the plaid-shirted dweeb the "witness" who backed her story? It looks like there were plenty of other witnesses. I hope it goes to court.
I know people in Jupiter: two guys I used to work for. It's like La Jolla out here: full of rich liberals. It's the kind of place that Nick Spinelli would love to visit in winters. Great overpriced restaurants and they know how to cook pizzas the in the regulation ovens with the regulation wood at the regulation distance from the fire.
Great way to spend your birthday, eh Meade? Althouse must be so proud.
Well he sure wasn't going to get any on this or any other day, so why not show up here and cause trouble. It's not as though he is smart enough or creative enough to find something constructive to do, heck, he can't even take his dog for a walk.
And his mommy is proud of him - everything he does he does with her blessing and prior approval. He is a good little boy that way.
Someone called 'Brando' @ TOP sums it up:
" Fields was roughly manhandled, perhaps by accident, and when she complained publicly the Trump camp decided instead of apologizing, explaining or (perish the thought) saying nothing for once, they lied and smeared her, calling her a delusional fabulist. As this is not just humiliating but career damaging (her employer taking Trump's side caused her to quit), she had no choice but to escalate and prove she wasn't lying. The police report was overboard, but at no point did the Trump campaign do the intelligent and reasonable thing and just say "sorry, we didn't mean to hurt you, we were just trying to keep people back from the candidate". Had they done that, and Fields continued to escalate, yes she would have been the villain here and Trump's team would have looked unfairly picked on. But no, that's not how the "never apologize, never wrong" Trump team operates. "
Allah sez:
"Newt and Ann will never give up on him, and it sounds increasingly like Rush Limbaugh is Trump 4 Life, but I wonder how many voters will decide that the Trump circus is simply too exhausting to force the country to endure it day in and day out for four years. That’s another way in which the GOP was supposed to have an advantage over Hillary this year. If you’re looking for a national reprieve from endless drama and scandal, don’t vote for a Clinton is usually good advice. Except maybe Clinton is actually the lesser of two evils on the ballot this year when it comes to headache-starting political carnivals. Somehow, faced with an opponent who’s widely disliked, who’s known for being a weak campaigner, and whose personal baggage is apt to sink her in a general election, we’re on the cusp of nominating a guy who’s disliked to an historic degree, who may not field a traditional campaign apparatus beyond what the RNC can cobble together for him, and who’s got 40 years of tabloid dirty laundry for Democrats to sift through. They’re going to nominate the would-be first woman president and we’re going to nominate a guy who defends a friend who’s just been charged with battery against a young woman by hinting that maybe she put those bruises on herself."
One of the things I am enjoying about letting go of any emotional attachment to political candidates is being able to stand back and look objectively at what candidates say they believe.

End FedGov payments for abortion services.
Appoint constitutional conservatives to federal courts and the SCOTUS.
Strengthen the US economy to create job growth.
Tell the truth about the real unemployment numbers.
.....includes some of the things that Trump has campaigned on. (In fairness, most, but not all, of this list is what all the GOP candidates have campaigned on. There are some key differences, though, like whether or not to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants, building a wall, etc.)
I really don't see the objection to those positions listed above. From a detached perspective, It appears that the hatred for Trump is simply based on not liking the guy's personality. Fair enough, but let's be honest about it.
I knew it was just a matter of time before the "her bruises were faked" would begin.
Oh by the way, Since some of yo will remember that I was at one time all-in for Paul Ryan, I'll mention that I've let go of that as well. Objectively, Ryan has morphed into an establishment Republican, and looking at what he believes now versus what he believed four or more years ago shows quite a difference.
He will be primaried this cycle, and I'm glad to see it.
April, there's no proof whether her bruises were or were not faked. None. People can equally believe either side of that story.
I hope it's not too late for Republicans to follow Scott Walker's lead and come together around 1 candidate who can win in November. President John Kasich.
Cruz and Trump are free to form their own party. They can call it the My Wife Is Prettier Than Your Wife Party.
Paul Ryan will make an excellent president after Kasich's 2 terms.
This video:

shows the best angle I've seen. The one in this article is too choppy. Then if you listen to the audio of her talking with the male reporter who witnessed it, they exaggerate beyond acceptable limits. Her initial claims are nowhere near what the video shows.
If you look closely at the stills and photos here:
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-campaign-manager-corey-lewandowski-charged-battery-reporter/story?id=38002797
You can see where Mr. Lewandowski grabbed Ms. Fields, above the elbow. It is shown in the still at the link. Below that, we see evidence of her bruises- around her wrist.
The video clearly shows Lewandowski made the grab and and continued walking as one fluent motion.
To my mind, Ms. Fields made a big deal out of nothing, set women's rights back 50 years like Pentangle on Insty keeps saying, and basically reiterates the problem we have with people being special f*cking snowflakes who can't handle the real world.
And it shows that even righty sites like Breitbart are not immune from hiring stupid people. This was a crap sandwich from the get go. I'll go eat some mud instead, thanks.
Haz - If you think it's wise for Trump to buckle down with the never-ending petty clown show - that tells me you have an emotional attachment to him. Fine,. You are free to.
I can only tell you that most people are tired of him already.
Here's Paul with Vicki yesterday: http://wiba.iheart.com/media/play/26858945/?siteid=1170
chick likes to rant when he gets off work from the 7-11. If only those dot heads didn't take all the good jobs he would not have to sell Big Gulps.
April, which of Trump's campaign positions do you disagree with? And when you say "most people" what data are you using? "Most people" who have voted in the Republican primaries have cast their votes for Trump.
I despise Trump and many of his followers. However, I have been trained professionally to be objective. This story is horseshit, the charge is horseshit, and the woman is a flopper. In the NBA she would be assessed a technical foul.
In the WNBA she would be munching carpets.
chickelit should vote with his feet, sell his house, move back to Wisconsin and get his kids into good Wisconsin higher education.
Trump's campaign issues are no different from Cruz's issues. Yet, you prefer the guy who uses National Enquirer to slim his opponent.
slim - slime
*sips coffee*
Haz - The data I'm using is the RCP average that tells us Hillary is unpopular (which most people believe) and that Trump is MORE unpopular (which his supporters disregard)
Trump tapped into something real, but as far as I can see- he is a con man. You are being played.
Kasich is the only current candidate who almost defeats Bernie: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/2016_presidential_race.html
" I have been trained professionally to be objective."
Haha ha. Nick has his doctorate in objectivity from...
Trump University!
Step aside, trained professional coming through.
Reports on Twitter there's a used Kotex on Willy St. and a trained lawn professional is needed to photograph it.

APPLETON, Wis. – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday issued the following statement after a 4-4 split decision by the Supreme Court left in place a lower court ruling allowing unions representing government employees to collect fees from workers who choose not to join:
“Today’s split decision underscores the need to confirm a Supreme Court nominee who will protect the constitutional rights of American workers to collectively bargain for fair wages and safe working conditions.
“The extreme right wing is just one conservative Supreme Court justice away from dismantling the rights of public sector unions to organize and collectively bargain on behalf of all of the workers they are legally bound to represent. We cannot allow that to happen.
“From Wisconsin to California, the extreme right wing has been waging a war to dismantle unions all over this country. That is a war they cannot be allowed to win.
“Working people in this country need a seat at the bargaining table to fight for higher wages, decent health care, a secure retirement and a safe working environment. Public sector unions are that voice. And if I am elected president, I’m not going to let the Supreme Court take away that voice.
“While Republican governors like Scott Walker and the Koch brothers may not like it, we are going to make it easier, not harder, for American workers to form a union. We need to expand, not eliminate, the collective bargaining rights of all Americans. When unions are strong, the middle class is strong.”
If only daddy wasn't abusive and mommy distant his life might have been normal and his daughter would speak to him. Our daughter[been married 38 years] has been visiting w/ our granddaughter since February. It's been Heaven. But, I was blessed w/ loving parents.
"LOOK @ ME!" screams the abused little boy. "PLEASE, LOOK @ ME!"
"LOOK @ ME!" screams the abused little boy [named Nick]. "PLEASE, LOOK @ ME!"
Yeah Meade - The leftwing hacks on the Supreme Court think it's fine to fleece NON-Union members.
Unforgivable.
A smart GOP candidate would articulate how wrong that supreme court decision is.... Lets see if/who/when it happens.
"I know you are but what am I" is the 4th grade phrase used often by the abused little boy, stuck in that hell of his childhood.
Wrong, Nick. Abused children don't use any phrases at all. You should know that since you're a trained professional in the Science of Objectivity.
Abused children don't use any phrases at all.
Ignorant and silly is a potent combination.
Thanks Steg, for supplying the video and the stills.
One does not need to be a trained professional in the Science of Objectivity in order to recognize the voice of an ego state. The willingness to work with, play with and be open to and present with children who've experienced abuse, trauma or a life situation they were unable to process in safety will enhances one's ability to identify the voice as well as what it's attempting to hide and protect.
Sounds good, MamaM, you angel, you.

Haz, I was the same way, but there is no greater example of Ryan's establishment corruption than reading his twitter feed. A miasmic ode to all things big government using OPM.

HA!!! La Jolla, where Jews go to die a wonderfully privileged death.
Lem made a not so subtle hint by linking to a couple of Turley blog posts. However, the good hearted Lem does not understand borderline personality, abused children. Doing something like that just makes them more pathological. It took Turley a long time to take his blog back and ban the female counterpart to our lawnboy, Inga. Wordpress makes it much easier to run trolls than does blogger. But, as far as I can tell, only one person who posts here deletes this dysfunctional, needy, asshole. Lem needs to have a conference w/ the other bloggers here and come up w/ a unified strategy. Your blog is being trashed by a mean, jealous, loser.
Hmmmm...
Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg is a member 150-member Florida Leadership Council, which was established by the Democratic Party to promote Hillary Clinton’s presidential candidacy.
and...
Michelle Fields has a history of making false accusations of assault.
Sometimes it's helpful why a person would want attention for a seemingly minor thing. You gotta wonder, right? I mean who'd want all that publicity, for goodness sake?
A person with a book being published in June might want that attention.
Your blog is being trashed by a mean, jealous, loser.
Add angry to the list, Nick.
What's been showing up doesn't involve honest conflict, which can be worked through, but something stronger, seemingly intent on destruction. The same was true with the Oop's approach which didn't involve disagreement so much as a desire to shut down and take something away from another. It involves an "If I can't have this, you can't have it either" approach, which was employed with an almost deadly effect when used on one of the Althouse jewels who "defected" to Lem's.
The juvenile voice currently showing up tracks with that of a 4th grader into silly tit for tat one-upmanship, and functions in conjunction with a mid-adolescent voice skilled in use of "flex" techniques like sarcasm (hidden anger) and passive aggressive zingers lamely delivered as humor or ingratiation.
A fine example of this is the MamaM, you angel, you. retort. Cute if it wasn't symptomatic of something else.
Look up "passive- aggressive" I have a feeling you don't know as much as you think you do.
Look up "passive- aggressive" I have a feeling you don't know as much as you think you do.
Lol! Have whatever feeling you want, Meade! After accumulating over 50 years of onsite training, technique perfection and lived experience on both the giving and receiving end, I've no need to look it up. I know it like the back of my hand.
While you can continue to compromise what's left of your integrity delivering more juvenile silliness and dismissive snark, it doesn't appear to me as though that approach is yielding anything close to respect or meaningful connection here. At most, it demeans you and your partner.
Lol!
