Like in England: Asian youths or in Paris and environs, "youths" rioting = Muslims. So unidentified "youths" is Newspeak Amerika for black young people. Young being an elastic term.

Do you honestly think that if 2000 whites brawled in a shopping center that they wouldn't be arrests and photos all over the news? Not to mention plenty of snarky comments about "rednecks" and "Hillbillies" in Kentucky.
We all know the drill, whenever there is a crime and there's no mention of race, 9/10 its a black criminal.
Our local paper does this constantly. if the crook is white - he's described as a white man, if it's black - race is unmentioned.
