Conservative meetup ends with police intervention including helicopters.

It's all Breitbart stuff.  This is a letter to two friends in Scottsdale and Phoenix with a copy to another in Denver and at length I realize that even though they are decades my senior they're all three too thick to read it, understand or care. And there are too many words for them to read in an email, that should be short and happy.  And if they did read it, they'd read it poorly and  get it wrong.  But not you. That's not flattery either.  My friends are too stupid to talk to.

Hi. 

This is your area. Scottsdale actually, a restaurant there, but Phoenix police were called in too. Three squad vehicles, I don't know what that means, the exact number of vehicles was not clear, and two low-flying police helicopters shining harsh spotlights upon the party. 

To break up a meeting of conservatives. About 100 to 150 people estimated. They pre-arranged booking  the place, bought drinks, ordered meals, had their meeting. It is a gun-friendly place, they heard their two chief speakers opened for q& a and were shut down by management pulling the plug on the microphone and replacing with sports. 

Someone complained as they were just getting rolling.

Another guest at the restaurant complained. The manager pulled the plug. Just like that. 

And then called the police when the party broke up outside but before fully dispersing.  

Nothing  happened, they all had a great time. A unique experience, in fact. They simply moved next door to another place but the incident is illustrative of the subject under discussion. Good cheers all around, actually. 

They were talking about protecting 1st amendment 

and 2nd amendment rights.

And they were talking about the importance of border protection, the most sensitive issue of all in that area. Somebody heard something they did not like and complained and then called the police reporting disturbance. The disturbance in their mind. Nonetheless a good deal of police resources were called to the spot. Police resources of two cities. 

They mentioned God. Said a prayer or something. They're all nice people. Regular Americans. A video shows them speaking and relating what happened. They could be you. Honestly, they could,  if they're paying $50-$75 + drinks +wine they could be you. (It's not that great quality video, several weird screeches)

I recall talking about this nearly 25 or so years ago to some special someone who owns a rifle, (CC on the email) The conversation clear in memory. He wondered what the big deal is about gun registration in news at the time and asked me. At 22 and being gun-ambivilant I told him the danger is government having a list of gun owners, all the better for gun confiscation should it come to that, a remote possibility then given gun training was  taught in some High Schools. Even then the danger was sensed by teenagers disinterested in guns, uninterested in guns, anti-interested in gun, still alert to the very real danger of government seizing control that constitutionally it is not right for it to have. This hazard was inculcated in High School discussions. History shows this hazard. Repeatedly. Gun confiscation precedes government control.

For examples. That's only mentioning the anti-gun movement in America is straight up racist. 

Sorry to say, but it's true. Their solution is totalitarian to cover for racism, they keep busting their moves 0n all gun owners instead of focusing on the problems of race and of madness, they keep pissing off the wrong people, in that statistically, and this is crucial, the numbers focus the mind on young, male, urban blacks and all the associated problems inherent, that is where the gun crimes and gun violence numbers are, but it is outlier "gun free zone" incidents that are parlayed emotionally to attempts at new legislation and fresh restrictions. The process is politically cynical. And well known. That is why NRA is so powerful, it attracts people LIKE ME! 

We see gun ownership skyrocket while concurrently gun violence goes down. 

When measured stripped of ideologic nonsense, you see startling reduction in gun violence. While gun ownership soars. 

Obama has sold more guns than any other man in history. Gospel truth: Obama, greatest gun salesman in HISTORY. Just look at gun sales since his administration threatened 2A  it's enough to scare guys like me. The sheer number of guns are. The number of guns per gun-owning household has risen. The number of gun-owning households has risen.  Women are buying more guns than ever. People want guns before Democrats shut down 2A. They sense it coming. Rational or not, call them names if you like, they still sense it coming. And they sense it because Democrats are obsessed. Now who is the gun nut? 

If Clinton runs on gun restriction she will certainly fail and that is all there is to that. 

I know this for certainty by observing carefully for 25 years and disliking what I observe.

Hillary Clinton is also just so ideologic to try it. She does live by her own metrics, she very well may try it, now that she's been coronated. Her healthcare obsession having found fruition through persistent politics, Clinton-world validation, invites the indulgence.
