The Pirate Ship was one of the first openly gay bars in Madison. My dad used to work downtown and he knew about it from co-workers. He even took us in there once to look around. It had a cool nautical theme.

Althouse deleted or disallowed a comment of mine on her Bruce Jenner thread today. I simply wondered whether Jenner ever thought about the woman he killed recently. Was that mean? My daughter has watched some of the Jenner stuff on TV and she was completely unaware of that accident.
