This title is misleading. The boy in the back is standing on a box misjudges his step and falls before the ice cream truck sounds. The boy in the front is standing on an horizontal chair spindle and tries to step off but falls and seems to twist his foot. It's not funny. He's actually hurt, but a surface viewing would have it that boys are just clumsy little dopes. I give up. Boys are. And it IS funny.
Also baby-related. This boy expects to be understood with a pacifier in his mouth. His mum gently suggests, "Take that out of your mouth." He does so and his speech clears right up. He puts the pacifier back in and continues talking. His mum gently suggests, "Take that out of your mouth." He does so and his speech clears right up. He puts the pacifier back in and continues talking. And so on. Until the near perfect analog for Hillary's own campaign is driven beyond parody.
I saw this video on a site that I cannot find now. The woman tells a story about how the sight of Hillary Clinton at her campaign announcement made him cry because he doesn't want her to be president. When gently questioned by his mum without leading him, the boy answers that he should be president instead, that he's as up to it as she is, still with the pacifier in and out throughout, and the whole job of president is about playing. So there you have it. He's as qualified as she is.

1) what is going on with that kitchen? Is that a box?
2) That crying young kid in the 2nd video is more qualified than Hillary.
Crying kid 2016!
You said that - it is a box. duh.
*Kids get hurt naturally without any help. move the box, whydoncha*
It looks like they're having baked beans on toast. What an incredibly simple and inventive and nutritious meal for kids.
James has two boys this same age. He called when they were all driving to buy a computer. He told me to install Skype and kept banging on about all the advantages then asked, "Why don't you have it already?"
I said, "Because I'm too ugly. Skype won't have me." And the boys exploded with uncontrollable hysterics. It takes so little to completely crack kids up. Not because it's so ridiculous they cannot believe it, no, because they think that it's true with no reason to doubt and it's funny.
