The left have the audacity to say that Fox news is fake.?

Screw you, collective left. It's the pro-democrat hack media that is fake.

Members of the Clinton Royal Guard like Lanny Davis say Clinton did nothing wrong and certainly nothing illegal. They say it over and over. Somebody is full of shit.

bagoh20 ... full of shit is correct. I've got a few decades plus experience with the laws, rules, and regulations concerning electronic media, from email to cell phones to "pdf" converted documents. Hillary broke the law, plain and simple and shills saying otherwise doesn't change the fact.

As I've said before, here and elsewhere, had I done the same thing, from a moderately senior management position in DOD, I'd be typing this from the Leavenworth prison library. Even today, when my role is purely consulting, I am v-e-r-y careful to comply with all those laws and rules. Lacking a VPN and an electronic signature authorization (via a CAC card), I cannot send "official" messages....and Hillary could not have had the e-sig feature on her home computer, unless she was using her VPN link up with an e-sig capability,...and by doing that she broke the law where it requires government custody start to finish.

I most resent the hag's obvious disdain for those of us who've worked in government and military and actually know how the system works.

Question of the day: Just who set up that server in the Clinton home? It would have required more knowledge than either she or Bill have...so who was it? If done by "officals" of State, just who by-passed the de rigueur notice in the "subject" lines of messages that identifies "classified" material?

Next question: Hillary said she handed over all of her emails addressed to the State Department. Fine & dandy. Now what about the emails to DOJ, and other federal offices, plus foreign governments and their sundry offices?

This system, as designed for use within government is secure, but a system designed to by-pass that system, is insecure...and thus she once again broke the law.

Full disclosure: When I was still at work in DOD the military DID furnish me with a computer for use in my home, and on the road, and I had two computers, side by side on my desk here, as well as my PC at the office. Caveat....there was never any question who owned that DOD computer and everything on it...as well as a stipulation, under penalty of law, that anything official that crossed my personal PC's drives was also DOD property...they get to decide what is "official" and what is not...not you. I signed several documents, under oath, to this effect and had I violated my defense would have been limited to..."hey, I don't like the beans at the Leavenworth mess hall."

Is that true that you cant have more than one email address on a "smart" phone?

I have two emails on my Android phone (one with Yahoo and one with Google) and I could have more. I don't know what the limit is, if any.

I'm waiting for Hillary to say something that's true, because THAT would be newsworthy.

Obama has spoiled us a bit in that his lies are usually cut from whole cloth and easily disprovable.

The Clintons are much better liars in that they take a small nugget of truth and build out the lie from there.

I suspect that what will be explained is that if she had followed the normal course of action she would have accepted a secure phone issued by the government for official business but that phone would have been unable to access the open internet for personal use. Perhaps Ari can clarify that.

Thus she would have needed two phones and that was an unacceptable inconvenience. She obviously told the truth and is a victim of vicious, dishonest attacks from rabid, woman-hating wingnuts.

Myself, I would like to hear more about her laptop(s) which would be the means used for most of her email work, not the phone.

Here's a photo of Hillary with a government laptop. That's obviously a personal and not a classified photo she left out on the table while the photog was in the room, haters.

FNS presents both sides. Megyn presents the Clingon (ha!) talking points and the judge deconstructs them.

Clinton knew damned well that her correspondence as SOS was very important historically and owned by the American people. She just didn't care. She didn't want to be inconvenienced, which is a lie too, because she just said in an interview 2 weeks ago that she used an Iphone and a Blackberry both to communicate during her day.

She is also well aware that her correspondence as SOS could be a matter of life or death for countless people including our military people, but that's just not her top priority. She has more important issues, because what difference would it make once they were dead, right? She would still have a campaign to win, and she couldn't bring those people back anyway even if it could help her get elected.
