If you travel just west of Loveland, CO, there is a huge llama ranch or at least there used to be one. It was on the road connecting Horsetooth reservoir and US 34. Maybe April or Chip knows if it's still there.
I know of a small Alpaca farm in that area. It sits behind Horsetooth Rez in the vicinity of Masonville. (about 1/2 mile west on whatever road that is)
The critters are so adorable. In makes yer heart ache they be so cute. & there are 2 beautiful dogs who act as their security guards.
Not shown in photo, but, you know the cutest alpaca? It's the black one.
Not long after noon amid the darkness of the sandstorm, the human consciousness of Jesus began to fail.
During this last hour of approaching death as the human form of Jesus of Nazareth died upon the cross his fading mind resorted to repeating Hebrew scriptures specifically concerned with repeating what is now known as Psalms 20, 21, 22. Picture it: his cracked dry lips moved but he was too weak to utter a sound as he repeated the passages he knew so well, only a few times throughout were those people standing by able to pick out a few bits of what he said, " thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head," and "be thou exalted, Lord, in thine own strength," and "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? "
But do not think the wrong thing.
Not once did Jesus ever faintly hold the idea God has forsaken him, not once did doubt he had lived in accordance with HIs wishes.
The misinterpretation of this episode by biblical scholars is painful. The regular story as given to us in Sunday school runs counter to all the material presented previously, I suppose to humanize him, by reading surface text, and to introduce human-doubt, but it is not necessary, it is not so.

You guys and gals are tremendous.
I asked for your help earlier and you guys came thru.
I'm truly grateful. I don't want to mention names because most with the exception of Allen S are using pseudonyms, and I want to respect that.
But you know who you are.
Internet back on.
Thanks to you all.
We love you, Lem. Thanks for what YOU do and provide...
Before I clicked the link, I thought damn, the Dalai Llama is black? I was in error.
Lem, what happened? Did I miss something?
Everything is going to be allright Meth, thanks for asking.
Some of the responses to this tweet are hilarious. Like for instance if Obama had a llama and so on.
Lure in so' llamas?
Ebony and ivory lammin' it from the law.
Adorable.
Rev Al calling all thugs:
To the barricades!
Justice for the black llama!!
Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Mathew 27:46
