Learning how to shoot a RPG is not the problem, it is learning to shoot it for the wrong reasons.
Is the issue that they're letting the little beggar shoot off a RPG, or that he looks like he has the traditionally awful Arab aim? he shoots like he couldn't hit the broad side of a Merkava.
