The guy did something stupid & accidentally amputated his penis, and he wants to blame it on the hospital to cash in on a suit against them.
He doesn't "remember the exact date"? I'm sure I speak for every man on the planet when I say that the date of my penis amputation would be "A DAY THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY".
As Haz mentioned, why get a circumcision at 56? The only reason I know of that the penis is purposely amputated is penile cancer, but that would be a defensible medical reason the hospital would stand behind.
