This is all over the place. The article fingers Hofeller, an RNC consultant.
Holder badly wants to undo what the Supreme Court did in that hard Blue Öyster Cult Laaaaa lalala la sort of way. And Tatler means badly.
* RNC spending donations to do what Holder is doing, say sources frustrated with race-based effort.
* Hofeller, RNC consultant misrepresenting importance of law struck down by Supreme Court.
* Republicans in Congress show more sense than RNC
* RNC fundraising down

Guys, guys, guys -- you don't eat your own after forming a circular firing squad until AFTER the elections are won/lost.
China keeps everyone unified by focusing on Japan.
Although...
that is really getting interesting---the China and Japan thing.
So they have a--
"solve for x"
And they have what looks like a-
"solve for y"
But that could just be another fact about "x".
So, is Holder saying, "Scalia has made his decision, now let us see him enforce it!"?
The RINOs are desperate to shut up the Conservatives, Libertarians, and Tea Partiers, so they're going over to the enemy*.
This is the sort of thing that did in the Whigs.
