Won the rights to run to run a healthcare call center to help implement the Affordable Care Act whereupon politicians lauded the 200 new jobs it would bring to the area only to find to their disappointment half the jobs are part-time and with no health care benefits.
David Burge thinks that's funny.
People will calm down once they realize that part-time jobs open up time to take another part-time job and thus more broadly explore one's interests, perhaps take on two additional part-time jobs with the additional comfort of free or inexpensive healthcare, after all, that's right there in the title. Affordable. That's the whole point.

There will be a lot more laughs until the demand to get rid of this mess is unanswerable.
See, that's the problem with the Dems. They are actually the Evil Business they're always railing against. Loopholes are meant to be used; Taxes are for the little people; that sort of thing.
Iowahawk is the greatest.
It also sounds like it is a two tier system. The SEIU employees sucking up all of the money and demanding that THEIR benefits and health insurance be 80% paid for by the call center. No wonder the rest of the lower tier are part time. The SEIU employees are appropriating the majority of the budget.
And so it always goes. The Unions and entrenched government hacks in it for themselves and to heck with the rest of us.
Iowahawk says Huma looks like a '53 Buick, now that we're talking about her looks.
