I am detecting a subtle trend here...

I hurried to mow my lawn this afternoon in advance of the forecast thunderstorm and when I came inside and dialed up Lem's I saw several posts and comments about how marvelous bluegrass music is. I concur, as do Finns. What next, Kanye gonna say "Ima let you Finnish"? In this crazy mixed up, muddled up world anything is possible, right?

Here is an artist's rendition of me mowing:

Fortunately a video was recorded as I pulled into today's jam session:

We hope to avoid being hit by lightning.

Was this shared on here before? I can't remember anything anymore (talk about trends...). Steve N Seagulls is talented for sure.

Here's a switcheroo for you. Southern Rock being covered by a Finnish band.

The first one cannot be posted too many times. The second seems normal enough, I mean come on, travel far enough south in Russia and you do hit Georgia, so it's all good.

That painting is by the great Tom Benton of Missourah. I read somewhere that he would first sculpt clay figurines which he would then use as the models for his paintings. Don't know whether I believe that, seems awfully labor intensive but who knows? It does account for how rounded he makes that flat surface appear.
