McConnell kills bill protecting Mueller from firing

"I'm the one who decides what we take to the floor. That's my responsibility as the Majority Leader," he added. "We'll not be having this on the floor of the Senate."
So there.

More at Free Beacon.  But honestly, what more do you need? Except maybe the bill was introduced by a bipartisan group of senators that they named the Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act.

No act for you! Bipartisan, like that's supposed to mean something.

McConnell's done a lot in the judicial interest of the country, mostly trying to keep Trump's judicial appointments moving.

And you can't imagine how much it pains me to admit that.

A lot of GOPers hot to trot to protect Mueller. What a country.
