As I said elsewhere, the last time somebody in HI said, "THIS IS NOT A DRILL.”, the Nips had just blown up the Arizona.
Heads should roll, but this is Zippy's home state.
At least the one where his mother dumped him as she pursued her PhD in Advanced Basketweaving and her goal of screwing at least one guy belonging to every race known to man.
There seems that there was lots of confusion of what to do. So here's my question, what do they do during drills?
I ask that because I think the whole alert system put on the phones forgot something... telling the public, and then telling the public what to do with the information.

If you want an authentic drill, a good fake-out like this is probably a good idea.
