What is the thing that causes you to lose your temper almost instantly?

Reddit top voted answers...

The fatal combination of stupid AND rude.

When someone blames me for something I clearly did not do.

People who aren't interested in listening to your side of an argument.

Hitting my head on something.

When people start saying their problems are worse than yours and that yours don't matter as a result. Everyone has problems, they don't cancel out, asshole.

The moron that stops in a roundabout.

Wet socks.

The moment you go to click on a link or story and an ad loads right as you touch it, sending you to a page full of virtual AIDS.

Trying to talk to someone, and they constantly interrupt you. Constantly.

Touching something hot enough to burn when I knew it was hot enough to burn. In other words, doing something stupid that I knew I shouldn't have done. Outside of that (and I get over it in a few seconds) I haven't "instantly" lost my temper in a long time.

I'm a mellow fellow for the most part now, although a few misguided souls may have considered me hotheaded in my younger days.

At work misjudging a package while lifting it and have the slip from my gloved hands and land land on my face or my chin like it did one time. It's not necessarily loosing my cool as much as knowing I may look like a fool.

Lack of consideration (applies to all human interaction from conversation to driving).
The media.
People who are cruel to animals.
Cal Trans and the government of my state, generally.

I may have to leave the UPS job btw. I can't work out the transportation.

Speaking of touching something hot enough to burn. Habout being really hungry and going for a slice of pizza right out of the oven only to burn you almost bad enough into giving up the slice all together.

You'd look good on a scooter wearing gang leathers, Lem.

Pizza mouth burns are a serious matter. Probably hurts as much as Sam treating Jorah's greyscale.

There is a lot to be said for letting the pizza coagulate a bit before sticking it in your mouth.

Or those who tailgate you. I could write a treatise on tailgaters. But I'm helpless to contain the anger that swells up in me when I'm being tailgated. And to add to the misery you can't give in to the anger because driving (safe driving) is a full attention activity. Doesn't he know how stupid this is? I think while being tailgated. Doesn't she know that she's endangering not just me but herself as well? Obviously not.

P.S. I normally average about 5 MPH above the speed limit. Doesn't matter. They tailgate me in a 65 MPH zone and a 30 MPH zone.

I am going to miss mooch. I liked him...seriously.

Titus! How're they hangin'? I thought of you recently. No lie. It's too convoluted to tell the whole story but it involved Robert Mapplethorpe and you popped into my head.

I love nurses (and I know a basket of them) who are all "suck it up, buttercup" with other people, but you'd think the world was coming to an end if anything hurts on them.

The Gray Lady also said the Beast was going to win.

In any case, Mooch was out in January.

That evolutionary psychology lecturer talked about how important it is to us that we identify and punish cheaters.

Seems like that view has a lot of explanatory power.

Works for me, anyway.

I have no idea who or what "Mooch" is and there is no way that I'm going to make any effort to find out.

Tits.

But Mr. Kelly felt the communications director was unable to be a “team player” and found his comments about his colleagues unbecoming, the person said.

Unbecoming. How's that for an old fashioned term, appropriately applied!

People who drive 54 mph in the passing lane.
People who can't read or count in the 15 items or less line.
People driving, yammering or texting on their phones.
Lately many bikers(bicycle) are texting on their phones. The old ones just stop on the bike path and start fiddling with the phone, some of the young ones keep peddling one handed.

Maybe Scaramucci completed his assignments. Getting rid of Spicer and Rience?

Could very well be.

If I see you fuck with kids, animals, or the elderly, I'm gonna lose my shit on you. Period. Also, the fact that democrats and leftists exist. And Islam.
