It cuts two years off the previous forecast and comes because of the success of recent tests by North Korea, the paper reported.

I'm wondering when Trump is going to drop the hammer on the little fat boy? Between watching Congress fuck him and stab his agenda in the back, the petty in-fighting bullshit in his administration, he really needs to show the fat boy that he can't pull this shit off. Trump heard out the Chinese position on NK and has had enough time to make a decision. There really can be no international diplomatic excuse for China's continued support and encouragement of that regime. My gut tells me that we shall know very soon. Meanwhile, our "friends" the Chinese Government, have reacted by massing troops at their Chinese border. Looks like repeat of the first proxy war in Korea. Russia is different this time around.
