Whistleblower: So called Russian hack was really a leak

A group of retired senior intelligence officials, including the NSA whistleblower William Binney (former Technical Director, World Geopolitical & Military Analysis, NSA), have posted an open letter on consortiumnews.comthat destroys the Obama administration's "Russian hacking" narrative. Within the letter, Binney argues that, thanks to the NSA's "extensive domestic data-collection network," any data removed remotely from Hillary Clinton or DNC servers would have passed over fiber networks and therefore would have been captured by the NSA who could have then analyzed packet data to determine the origination point and destination address of those packets. As Binney further notes, the only way the leaks could have avoided NSA detection is if they were never passed over fiber networks but rather downloaded to a thumb drive by someone with internal access to servers.

This has been out and about in various forms for about a week.

now we have a specific reason.

Good. Ram it down their throats.

The Russian hacking narrative sounds just like the coordinated Democrat-media "it was the video" lie about Benghazi.

April, EXACTLY as incredible, and gullibly accepted by The Deciders in the media, as the Benghazi video story.

He's done that lots, but he's a punk, basically.

He's only tough when he knows he's got a gang behind him.

One on one, well..., remember when Netanyahu ate his lunch in front of the world press?

We have a serious situation. NO ONE has any credibility in our culture at this moment. NO ONE.

Meh, I'm not even sure it needed to be a leak. Hell, we already seen the story about Podesta's IT support inability to properly tag illicit emails with a suffix, thus telling the putz user: "its a legitimate email, you need to change your password". This followed by the DNC IT support unable to authenticate a call from the FBI. Hint DNC, if you want to know if it was really the FBI, call the FBI number in the phonebook, or if that's too difficult, perhaps try Google, but watch out for the 4Chan guys if you try reddit. Best that the DNC IT get in a car and drive the 1.4 miles to the FBI HQ and ask.

So call it a hack, call it a leak; but I'm not attributing to malice what can be explained by incompetence.

Leland, Bingo! Incompetence is always my bet involving the gubment.

I'd say Trump has, if only by the force of his image.

He does seem to be positively influencing things merely by his presence.

Consider the markets, the decisions of companies not to relocate.

The God Emperor, as Troop calls him.

The Russians did not deliver Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania to Trump. Podesta and Hillary incompetence did that.

Losers!

All mostly correct above. Thing is none of us know what might be the truth. I don't trust the government, to include all the alphabet agencies, I don't trust the media, and even especially politicians, even newly minted ones. I don't even trust my own lying eyes anymore. There has been so much lying going on for so many years, from so many venues, academia, politicians, media, even stalwarts such as our military where honor has been displaced by how do I get along for that next promotion. I don't believe any of it. I'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow, and the next tomorrow, and the next tomorrow, until the last one, if I have one. "Fuck em' all, save six for pallbearers". Had that carved on a Zippo back in the day.

That's a Mailer line by the way, from The Naked and the Dead. He was an idiot, but he did write well on occasion. That was a great book.

Anybody ever notice Assange looks a little like Illya Kuryakin?

LOL! Yes I have. He needs to wear some dark colored turtle necks.

You're reading a man right now that does.

Credibility starts within oneself.

Then, as I, a train.
