What Is Your Greatest Fear in a Trump Presidency?

[Insert fears here]

I shall return later to post mine.

That he never sought it with the altruistic purpose of serving.

Scott Adams says historically that's what wealthy American males do as they age, they look for ways to give back.

If Trump is doing that, why doesn't he blurt it out in one of his stream of consciousness soliloquies?

I would like him to convince me of his willingness to serve, and he is too busy doing his jujitsu, persuasion, press fight and other things.

That being said... I have no plans of voting for Hillary, nor do I foresee a situation where I would change my mind. If that's leaving the door slightly open is because while attempting to be rational, I believe the world is mostly irrational. Anything can happen. At least that's what Scott Adams says.

Lem the artificially intelligent said...

A most excellent question by the way.

I do believe he has, if not in so many words.

As for "the altruistic purpose of serving" (nice turn of phrase BTW), a lot of the people to whom that has been attributed seem to have thought, on closer examination of their papers and letters, they wanted an office that fitted their august capabilities.

IOW ego. Which makes them more like Trump than some would like to believe.

One point for people prone to panic about the state of the "campaign", keep in mind in most election cycles, the Democrat convention would be gearing up right about now.

Because the Peacock didn't want anything crowding their glorious (/sarc) coverage of the Olympics, this time and last, the parties had their conventions one right after the other. It's usually one party in July, the other in August, with a break before things officially kick off on Labor Day.

All this is battlespace prep with most people not even paying attention yet (in this little corner of NE OH, school is only starting tomorrow) (I was bemused to see in the sidebar, TOP is actually taking seriously the idea Trump will drop out). The cacophony is Goebbelsian in its intensity (and separation from reality),; interestingly, Little Joe's secretary has told the world, "It was just another job".

Huma may say the same some day soon.

PS Have you been there before? The Blonde complained of headaches (poor circulation runs in her family) just visiting there because of the thin air.

@edutcher - Yes, I've been there many, many times. The only headaches I've gotten from visits were due to dehydration. If I drink a lot of water out there, I am fine.

Btw, I think it looks like Trump is going to lose in a landslide. I believe the polls. I believe the American electorate is that flaky. No despairing going on here. Just prefer to see things clearly.

I also believe in miracles!

My fear is that whatever opposition from whatever source (media, congress, courts, wall st etc) would be countered by Trump in a vindictive personal and non-proportional way.

So if he doesn’t get a bill that he wants then he starts being irrational and vetoes every bill until he gets his way. (just an example- no one can predict how Trump will react to anything)
So my fear is that he has too much loose cannon in him.

ricpic said...

I believe in miracles....you sexy thing.

Lem the artificially intelligent said...

They say, I don't know who exactly, but I do recall somebody saying people don't vote their fears, they vote their aspirations, not their perspirations.

I fear there is a lot more perspiration in this election than anything else.

Hillary's speech at the convention had some aspiration. I haven't done a side by side comparison but it seemed to me hers had more aspiration than Trumps.

Amartel said...

I fear a repeat of the Bush years, with hysterical nonstop media cacophony of lies on top of lies determining the opinion of the American people. Well, okay, we have that now already. I fear the coming economic disaster. But that's going to happen regardless once Saint Jugears of the Community leaves office. Okay, what I really fear is that Trump, under these circumstances, will repeat the mistakes of another political novice, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and fail to effectively push any conservative (or even vaguely Republican) policy and then buckle to "the will of the people." Schwarzenegger did get some good judges into the courts. So there's that.

Lem the artificially intelligent said...

That may have something to do with the fact that Hillary speech was after his speech. She had that advantage.

ricpic said...

If April threatens not to vote Trump Darcy has told me I can come out to Denver and bunk with her for as long as it takes to BULLY April into doing right! But not to try anything funny...with her...or April. Women!!!

Darcy said...

LOL, Rick. ;)

I plan on being the deciding vote in the battleground state of Colorado! I will register to vote (many times!) upon arrival. There is more than one way to skin a cat!

Joe Biden, America's Putin said...

Is it any wonder everyone is in love with you, Darcy?

The ballots are all over the place - just sitting around. All we must do is gather them before the democrats do. Fill em' out - mail em' in - bingo - Trump wins in a landslide.

Joe Biden, America's Putin said...

Jim and Amartel - These fears are because of Trump's mouth. Sadly- we can over-look but others will not and they will turn to corrupt Hillary. Why Trump is collapsing in the polls.

Darcy said...

I will mail and check the box in person, April! I will likely visit many polling places as a lost, new voter. I want my vote to count (many times). I will not be disenfranchised! :)

Darcy, I am happy for you - sad that you won't be closer to NC, and that you will still be in a cold climate, but happy nonetheless. It is time that you left the great white north and moved to where the air is clean. Best of luck in all your endeavors.

I think the polls are definitely manipulated, and the likely skewing was the Trump "bump". I don't think Hill is up by 10, but I think she is well ahead.

I have been persuaded to believe the polls were skewed before and that we were really winning(!). But, we weren't. I think Nate Silver is pretty good at it. If he says Hillary is ahead by a good margin, then I believe she is ahead by a good margin.

edutcher said...

Darcy said...

Why would they do that? They'd want a weaker candidate than Cacklepants, someone like the One True Ted, who runs home to Mommy if someone is mean to him, or Rubio, who'd ensure the base would stay home.

I think Nate Silver is pretty good at it. If he says Hillary is ahead by a good margin, then I believe she is ahead by a good margin.

Ned Silver is a Lefty shill, he prints what the Gray Lady tells him to. He said all through the primaries how Trump was losing, wasn't going to take a single primary.

He's been wrong all year, so suddenly, he's getting the hang of it?

Get a clue. This is battlespace prep to convince the gullible all is lost before it's even begun.

And take it to the bank, Cacklepants is getting an 8 point skew.

Does anybody get the impression Trump has been touched by those rally crowds?

My greatest fear is pretty much irrelevant to whether it is Trump or not. I don't really fear revolution, at least not in say in a Presidential term. But I do fear more progression to socialist US, and that would be accomplished by pretty much any other Republican candidate and faster by candidates of other parties.

However, my hatred of socialism, besides what it does to countries (e.g. Venezuela) is that everything becomes political. And as everything is political, everything becomes something to be managed by committee out in the open; like how many types of soap should we have and who gets to choose. So for Trump, my fear is he decides to wade in and give his $.02 on every damn topic under the sun. And you know the media will cover it, because it is what they live to do. I don't want a government nanny.

Darcy, Kudos on having the courage to change. You are leaving a dying state and moving to a dynamic one. You have success written all over you and although moving cause anxiety, it is good, because that means this is important to you. Some people are profoundly unhappy but don't have the strength to leave the familiar. Many people will choose the familiar even if it is painful, because it is a known.

My bride and I moved in 1977, 79, 81, and 83. When we decided to have kids we knew stability was important and have not moved since. In the 90's we needed more room and buying a bigger house would have been the way to go. But, we had an adopted son who was abandoned and change would have been devastating. So, we added onto our house, a real pain in the ass. For 2 weeks in 1992 we had no fucking roof! But, it was the right thing to do. Ironically, today we put our house on the market. We are moving to the Twin Cities to be closer to our daughter and granddaughter. It's the right thing to do. I'm proud of you for coming out of your comfort zone. But, more importantly, you should be proud of yourself. Change is good. Keep saying that through the horseshit. I LOVE Colorado and could live there in a heartbeat. Have some dear friends there. I officiated a wedding in Telluride last September. I just said a prayer that all goes well.

To be specific, I fear he will screw up international trade. It's all we need to plunge our own barely breathing economy into a tailspin of raging job losses, bankruptcies, and negative growth, that will make even the reforms I hope for from him on taxes, and regulations worthless against the weight of that wet blanket on each and every one of us. I don't fear the foreign policy stuff. We have a powerful military, and even a war would be relatively short lived and cheap by comparison.

95% of the world's population are not Americans. They have their interests, and they will fight for and defend them. They will align, and become partners going right around our workers if necessary. We don't have the information, technological, education, nor work ethic advantages that we once did. A trade war will force the jobs we do currently have to our competitors. Once those jobs are gone, they are gone for good. That bell can never be unrung. The jobs that are for domestic consumption will lose their sources for reasonably priced materials and supplies, destroying those jobs and companies as well, unless we continue to buy their products at double the cost, if they can even produce them at all. I know this isn't as sexy as American steel phalluses popping up everywhere, but it's worth thinking about if you're not scared to.

If you want protection from the economy of the world, you need to find a nice communist country where the government does that for you. Maybe you can assemble toys or run a sewing machine for 12 hours a day.

No, we got that because the Demos had an idiot in the White House and supermajorities in Congress so they passed something nobody else wanted but them.

You got it backwards.

I'm not suggesting that Trump doesn't think things through - he doesn't have to - he's set for life - from birth.

That's why he risked everything to build his own business in one of the most business-hostile areas in the country.

And guess what, he thinks things through well enough the business is worth in the multi-billions.

You don't get that kind of money without thinking things through.

We aren't competing with 3rd world companies. Those are American branded companies that ran off to China and Bangladesh and Vietnam looking for 40 cents an hour labor. Now that may soon change as China demanded technology sharing for companies doing business there. Now they have the know-how and are squeezing foreign companies out of the Chinese market.

Just as Ronald Reagan put domestic content legislation into American Auto manufacturing I hope our government will do what it takes to protect jobs and build jobs for the people who want them. If these countries sell their products at double the cost then American manufacturers will be able to sell their goods at a fair price and employ American workers at a fair wage. The biggest factor in the economy is energy. Trump will free up American energy sources at a cheap price that will make American manufacturing competitive. He will drop green energy bullshit and free oil, gas and coal production and take off the shackles of regulation. I know that bothers the globalists and business special interests who make so much money off shore. Trump himself was guilty of that. He recognizes it. He wants to change it.

It makes the Democrats and Republican sides of the duopoly crazy.

Throw your TV and computer away, just to see what "they" will beset you with then, those darn rascals. Have they slapped you and kicked your dog yet, in their (the evil empires) mafia tactics refusing you to leave? Too bad you couldn't do some besetting yourself, ain't it. Just imagine if the Devil convinced folks they ain't even exist!

Your damn stars are worse than faulty, they are unaware of the concept of human potential. This is potentially fatal.

Indignation can be useful at times, but a more dispassionate angle allowing for hijinks and funny stuff, especially ridicule of the Devil, seems a disposition that to my ways of attempting thinking should always be kept on intellectual standby just in case.

In case despair starts creeping around the campfire glow's edge, that is.

bagoh20 said...

It's only the American companies who will be forced to charge twice as much, and only Americans will have to pay it. Trade allows us to buy low skilled product that our companies use here to make products for domestic consumption at reasonable prices and to sell overseas competitively. A trade war will cripple our companies, our employers, and put our workers out of their jobs while simultaneously making everything we buy much more expensive. This is known generically as a depression, or for leftists as "bad luck", or for populists "evil foreign unfairness". Trump may be smart enough to not go there, but his supporters sound like that would disappoint them. What is stupid about trade war is that this will hurt us most. Other nations not run by such policies will be free to trade with each other and go around us to each other, further degrading our market share. It's a supremely dumb idea, and much more today than in the past. My worst fear is that Trump may not know this or care. He's not depending on his job to support his family.

Trooper York said...

Bag 24/7 globalist would insist that protecting American jobs and manufacturing will only hurt America. That there is nothing we can do. That we have to send jobs overseas because that is all we can do while importing the underclass from all over the world to bring their culture that made where they live third world shit holes.

There will never be a trade war if globalists have their way. Only American surrender. Because the economy and rights of every other country in the world comes before Americans. As long as the special interests use every advantage that they pay corrupt politicians like Hillary Clinton and her foundation play for pay.

The first law that George Washington signed was a tariff.

I think that is just fine by me. Let the Chinese sell their cheap and shoddy goods to Africa. Or Russia.

I have faith in American workers. In American ingenuity. In America's work ethic. In America and Americans. I don't think Americans are fat and lazy losers. I manufacture. I pay fair wages to documented workers in factories that follow health and safety rules. My clothes cost more than cheap and shoddy goods made in China. I have many people who support American goods made by American workers. I hope that can be rule not the exception.

It will not happen if we just surrender to the rule of a global elite and their political minions in the duopoly.

The depression was caused by Wall Street speculation and the unbridled greed of the monied elites. Not by American workers and manufacturers. When given the chance because of war time production they produced a massive recovery. We did not get those goods from overseas. We built it our selves.

Wall Street investors and the insider political class have their champion in the bought and paid for Hillary Clinton.

They will bring us to a depression by regulating competition right out of existence.

It's cool. I don't want to derail the discussion.

And I do think Bags is a nice guy. I don't think he caused America's problems.

I just wonder why he seems to think the rest of the country can get by on what's been done to them.

That and the militarization of America. Just going and fighting another war won't solve our problems, either.

I'm told that Bags is admirable - and I'm sure he is. I have no animus for him or for what he does or for the rewards it brings him.

But I really wonder what it is about his perspective, whether promoted by life or business experience or otherwise, that keep him aligned with the politics that has clearly not worked at all for America.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

No problem.

I actually like Bags.

I guess that's why I find his narrow focus to be disappointing.

I know he does positive things for his employees, and probably even substantive charity more broadly.

There has to be a broader perspective that's going missed.

Well bags is part of the duopoly. Of the entrenched interests that want things to stay the way they are. That tells us there is nothing we can do. That Americans are stupid and lazy and we need hard working illegal immigrants to save us. That we can't put America First.

Trump is speaking directly to that today. Big media, big business and Hillary and her friends who want more of the same.

A small business man like me or a working person is of no concern to them. You have to realize that is the crux of the matter.

ndspinelli said...

Some here don't think Bag's is honorable. They are jealous of his success and have tried to run him out of here. Everything he says about Trump is pounced upon. He is obviously a good man.

ndspinelli said...

Trump feels Willy Loman's pain.

That is spinelli's schtick -- verbatim -- see the discussion just a few days ago.

Bags - in all fairness,

Isn't it fair to say that you're a fan of a politics that has worked well for you (or maybe at least ok, I don't believe you would do worse if policy changes were made - we can debate those in another thread), but a fan of a politics that has not done as much good for so many others?

Bags, I really don't feel that every policy change made, even if it's different from whatever we've done for 30 years - would ruin you or make you less heroic in what you're doing or in what others look up to you for.

Who would those people be?

Honorable or not, he seems very afraid that anything done for the rest of America would ruin him.

Which is ironic - because I remember a popular philosophy and parable about how a successful man's success doesn't detract from others.

What if the already-successful stopped fearing that less pissing upon the common man wouldn't hurt them, either?

Trooper York said...

Spinelli just likes to be contrary. His principles are flexible. I am glad that Ritmo agreed with us and did not use personal attacks with personal information against people he disagrees with which is Spinelli's stock in trade. We can oppose the bad ideas of fellow posters without attacking them in such personal terms.

I personally like bags. Anything I have posted is in opposition of his ideas. Not his personal life.

If Darcy were to set up a big "meet-up", in a large bar in Denver somehow, and all of you showed up I think at the end of it there would be more yes nods than noes nods amongst you.

I could be anywhere but the Wynkoop!

Trooper York said...

To tell you the truth I think it is a bad idea to meet up personally with people you meet on-line on blog posts. It has never worked out well for me.

People get a false sense of familiarity and then feed on it for their own psychosis. It is best to stick with your family and freinds and leave the internet friends where they belong. On the internet.

Of course that is just me. You should do what you think is best.

Trooper York said...

Ever since the first meet up of Althouse posters in Brooklyn interaction with other posters has always really eventually been horrible in the extreme.

A little mystery is best I think.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Well, I'm just going to try a different tack.

In my spare barb or two, perhaps poorly aimed, I did probably say something that got Bags wrong. I was off-base.

He's not a bad guy. He's a good guy.

But he does fear that the increased well-being of the average Joe will hurt him. He's actually one of the people that sees a zero-sum game between the country's fortunes (in the sense of the vast majority of Americans) and his own.

He just needs to realize that he is not in a zero-sum competition with the rest of the country. He can do well and they can do well. And not everyone who's not doing well is a lazy bum. Most of them are not, in fact. Most of them work their asses off and just don't have the talent to make it in business, or a profession, or politics. Or whatever.

I don't think they should starve. I don't think lack of disincentives is their problem. They already have plenty of disincentives and are just doing their best not to despair.

Sure there are plenty of bums. But haven't we passed the point where we say poverty is a moral failing and wealth a moral success?

The Clintons have gotten plenty wealthy. As have others whom you despise.

Let's just disconnect this idea of wealth/poverty and morality having a strong connection. I want a prosperous country, also. I just think it's not the only yardstick by which we measure how well our country's doing.

Is that really such a disagreeable thing to propose in 2016?

I sure hope not.

ndspinelli said...

BULLSHIT!! You have SAVAGED bags. You ran him out of here a few months ago w/ relentless personal attacks. You are a lying sack o' shit. That's why you get so little traffic on your lame ass posts. You used to be funny. Now, you're just a Mexican, moolie hatin' loser and folks are tired of it. Just about everyone had words of support for Darcie, who is not here much. How 'bout you? You are just TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP 24/7. Tedious and lame.

Trooper York said...

I just think he does not have faith in America. In American workers. In American ingenuity. In what makes America different. Sad.

Trooper York said...

I did not drive bags anywhere despite what you keep claiming you spittle flecked buffoon. The only person with a track record of driving people away is you peeper. You have driven hosts of people away from blogs to start their own places where you then go to stalk them. Because you didn't like their beliefs.

Why don't you post something? I am sure Lem would be happy to let you. Or is it that you have nothing but your bitter psychoses to trot out in every thread. I am happy to see you are moving. I bet your neighbors are even happier.

I know I would throw a party if you were out of my life.

What's a "moolie"?

@R&B: well stated at 10:51.

ndspinelli said...

What personal information am I using? I have lots I know and have never used. Never will.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Ok I'll say something supportive of Darcie!

Spinelli I don't know/can't remember what got you and Trooper on such bad terms but there is nothing wrong with being focused on this year's election. It's the first one in nearly a century where the elites are finally not the only ones that matter. A lot at stake and a lot of new blood and dynamics going on in it. The Libertarians might surpass 10% of the vote. Does Bags have an opinion on that? One might think so. Do you? I sure do. As I do on a lot of other things that went on this year. One can summarize it in many ways but to imply that it's somehow less interesting than any election since the 1960s, let alone decades before that, is not something I can understand. Trump just happens to occupy a large chunk of real estate in it, and for totally plausible reasons.

ndspinelli said...

I am not a blogger. I know my limitations, unlike yourself. You think you are witty, clever, "imaginative" all evidence to the contrary. I have enough true self esteem that I can admit my limitations. You live in a Walter Mitty world.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Thanks Chickie -

I think there is an opportunity to work a lot of stuff out this year. People accustomed to fighting each other are drawing down and hunkering into narrower and narrower bunkers, because the solutions are becoming harder and harder to ignore. It's creating new fights where fights need not even exist. We're too unaccustomed to solutions coming so close to grasp.

Well, that's the way I prefer to see it anyway.

Trooper York said...

You really don't know your limitations. You just like to display them incessantly. You have nothing positive to offer but only attacks and criticism. But I guess that is ok. That is who you are. That is how you have rung up a record of being despised by so many people on blog after blog. This is just the latest that you have deemed worthy of dispensing your poison.

It is unfortunate. But there it is.

ndspinelli said...

Ritmo, We disagree. Regarding your question, I am a libertarian, small 'l'.

chickelit said...

@bags: Here's how I answer your 10:03 post:

Because China is not an open market, international companies cannot compete in some sectors. According to the U.S.-China Business Council, the Chinese government currently imposes restrictions on about 100 different sectors in both manufacturing and service industries, including much of the agriculture and food production, cloud computing, financial services, petrochemicals and health insurance, among others. Link to source (USA Today, 2013)

I get the feeling that we tolerate this lack of free trade because a limited but growing number of American companies are allowed to manufacture in China and reexport here. The petrochemical sector is particularly interesting to me because we sure as hell have offshored our own industry there and elsewhere.

OK, since this is the post on which everybody's fulminating, here's something else (Trump had a good speech, well-watched online, link in Troop's Milwaukee post along with Roger Ailes now on board): Off the Examiner, not Gateway

Zogby is the latest to make it a 2 point race.

As to accuracy, I can't say. This is an online poll, which I distrust. OTOH Zogby is a strong Arab partisan which makes this result surprising, so take your best shot.

ndspinelli said...

LOL! I wear your derision as a badge of honor. You keep making accusations. Come on ass eyes, you accused me of constantly "using personal information." Examples.

Trooper York said...

As usual the peeper wants to make it about him. Everybody knows your act. Same as it ever was.

This is the reason why you should not meet bloggers n real life. Take it from my hard earned experience. Just say no.

chickelit said...

The Chinese have a much, much longer history of free trade abuse than just this century with us. It has little to do with communism. They are the textbook case in the history of trade secrecy. They perfected and protected the silk trade for 2000 years! Porcelain enamel is another. Their goals have not changed. Their industries had to be dragged into the WTO. They are still not good players. This is not sinophobia, this is fact.

People can get along despite the odds. Here's a guy who's great friends with a grizzly bear. A fucking grizzly bear!

Granted, he raised it from birth but let's pretend that's a minor detail.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Sorry - brown bear.

ndspinelli said...

There's a great flick, The Bear. I saw a documentary on the making of the movie and the guy who trained the grizzly bear. The movie touched our adopted son. The movie, w/ very little dialogue, is about an abandoned grizzly cub that is adopted by a mature male grizzly. Hmm. Might work for grown men as well.

chickelit said...

I get the feeling that we tolerate this lack of free trade because a limited but growing number of American companies are allowed to manufacture in China and reexport here.

Since I'm talking to myself here, I may as well critique myself.

But what about Trump's ties to China! [pun intended].

Yes, Trump makes ties in China. He talks about it. He doesn't like it. He says it's either do that or make no ties at all. On the other side we have companies like Apple saying "hell yes we love China! We want to build everything in China."When faced with the prospect of exporting the engineering aspects to China they came up with a brilliant plan: We'll import the Chinese labor to California!

As R&B pointed out elsewhere, we all signed onto this to some degree. But everyone sees the endgame. There is an endless supply of cheaper labor. It's almost like a physics problem causing social problems. Can't you just see future colleges students getting degree in "Social Disruption Studies"??

It's not my job to jump at your beck and call. But just to give some examples your love to reference my business, my health and my real name. As you have done to other people at other places. You are a sad and needy little man in the grips of an obsession. I don't know gives you the idea that you have the right to lecture me but I think you should go fuck yourself. I don't value your opinion and I regret ever giving you the time of day. As Shouting Thomas has said you are just a guy. Just a raving psychotic moron who has nothing better to do.

Take it from me folks. Don't interact in real life with people from blogs you frequent. It is almost always a disaster. You will regret it.

ndspinelli said...

More bullshit. EVERYONE knows your real name. YOU post w/ your real name sometimes. EVERYONE knows your business. You had a short lived reality show on it. Your health. Well, many here contributed to you when in the hospital. We've gone all over this all MANY times and every time you try and sell this HORSESHIT you diminish yourself more each time in the eyes of people who like you. It's pitifully weak ass stuff. You sound like the true psycho who used to roam here. You're not a victim. You just ran into someone you can't bullshit or bully.

Can anyone imagine if Trump had not won the nomination of the party he leads, the GOP, and ran on the Trump Ticket?

April would have evidence for her "Trump risks everything he created over decades of ABB (always be branding) because he has absolute faith in Hillary and it's obviously so and in fact there are no valid alternatives" theory, and also that Trump Ticket following could actually, were it to exist if Trump weren't the GOP nominee, be considered cultists to Trump's personality.

Like Bobby Knight, Pete Theil, and Carl Icaan or Icahnn.

Those rubes politically are even too dumb to know how dumb they are and junk, totally!

Thank God we're so smart, I can't imagine how horrible it would be to be like dumb and junk.

ndspinelli said...

Basta. Back to the topic. I guess you have no fears about Trump. You are fearless.

edutcher said...

For several people - and you know whom you are -

Some data points from that poll

*The key groups driving Trump's numbers are as follows: he continues to lead among Independents (34-30%), middle income voters-$35k-50k annually (44-32%), $50k-75K annually (44-41%), Catholics (46-36%) and NASCAR fans (45-35%). Trump has also increased his share of Hispanic voters with 26% in this poll (up from 21% a month ago), which is just one point shy of the 27% Mitt Romney received in the 2012 general election. Trump has also closed the gap among older Millennials. Trump is tied with Clinton at 30% among 25-34 year old voters.

*The key groups driving Clinton's numbers are as follows: she leads among women at 40-36%. Clinton's lead among women has decreased slightly in the last month. Her winning the presidency will depend heavily on Millennials turning out to vote, currently Clinton lead Trump 40-26% among 18-29 year olds. Clinton is also winning among weekly WalMart shoppers, 46-38%.

If she wanders just one paw onto his lawn the ugly mean man with the binoculars charges out outside with pepper spray. I don't think Thelma will ever trust short squat hairy men ever again.

I don't understand R&Bs incessant need to try and define me as the opposite of what is real and obvious from my comments. Every assumption about me is about 180 degrees wrong. In fact he's so good at getting it wrong, it's clearly purposeful, as it seems to suggest he actually knows the truth but works against it for some reason.

I simply stated from a position of personal knowledge and experience that a trade war will destroy American jobs, including the ones I provide, and nearly every company I'm aware of. We would simply need to shut down, including all my customers which are mostly larger American manufacturers. I'm not speculating - I'm sure of it.
