Attorney General Loretta Lynch Opening Statements

Link to video

"While I understand that this investigation (into Hillary's careless handling of classified material) has generated significant public interest, as attorney general it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the underlying facts of the investigation or the legal basis for the teams recommendation. But, I can tell you that I'm extremely proud of the tremendous work of the dedicated prosecutors and agents on this matter. Thank you for this opportunity to make this opening statement."

On advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to respond on the grounds my answer may tend to incriminate me.

Worked great for Frank Costello.

That is virtually what Comey said: "...our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case"

She should be forced by SJWs to change her name.

Good one.

And in other judicial news, Judge tosses assault charge against cop 4 after prosecution rests in Baltimore 6 trial.

Great line from Louis L'Amour on the subject:

Whenever somebody's asked me to be reasonable, I've found what he really wanted was for me to throw away my principles

Lynch spent a lot of time in Durham, N. C., and while I can't find a direct connection between Nifong and her, there are certainly philosophical and metaphysical between the two amoral race baiters.

Lynch seems to have a lot more brains than the rest of the DC crowd and seems to understand you can only poke the beast so many times before you get a response.

After all, it was Willie who crashed her party, as it were.

IOW she knows when to keep her mouth shut. Consider her predecessor.

What is this work you spoke of? What evidence has the DoJ provided that any work was done? What are the names of the people that did the work? What did they do with the records of the investigation? The FBI Director said no video or notes were taken during the interrogation of Hillary Clinton; why was this work not done? What kind of Administrative punishment can be expected of these former government employees that mishandled classified data?

Your predecessor said all FBI interviews/interrogations would be recorded just 2 years ago as matter of policy; when did you rescind this policy? Why did you rescend this policy?

Hope we have a post on Pissy's conduct at the memorial for the Dallas cops.

Leland, what about the attorneys that deleted and scrubbed data off of their phones? Why are they not being prosecuted for destruction of evidence and a whole host of other things?

Seeing the taqiyya traitorous Muslim half breed talking at the memorial of the five slain officers was disgusting and wretching to watch. What a disgusting human being he is. A race baiter with blood on his hands from this and he shows up like he's too cool for school.

Meth, I'm actually ok with the attorney's doing so on the grounds of attorney client privilege. The problem is that Clinton's personal attorneys shouldn't have gotten first crack at the data that contained government related work. Everyone knew the fix was in the moment the FBI did not raid the Clinton's home and confiscate the servers. Remember, this didn't happen the same time Democrat DAs were raiding Republican offices in Wisconsin.

I just saw Lynch's opening remarks as damning as Lerner's and she should have been forced to justify the comments. You can't tell Congress how proud you are of the FBI's job, yet not provide detailed evidence of the job they did. What's there to be proud of; let's see it!

As for watching Obama give a speech; I've never done it. Not once. I've read some of the transcripts, since that all he seems to do. But listen to him say "I" every few seconds; not interested.
