Nate Silver Predicts If Women Vote for Hillary

There is at least one woman, however, who seems to be supporting Trump... I'll let you be the judge. Just press play.

Here's the thing. The are really missing the gender gap.

All the millions of men who will never vote for Hillary.

Is the chart based on electoral votes or popular votes?

The media love to analyze Trump's negatives. Not one bit of analysis of Hilary's negatives. It's like they're afraid to mention them. Trump will bring them out without even having to run negative advertising.

Electoral.

A silver lining of sorts I see with Trump, nothing to do with Nate Silver...

Obama has, through the pusillanimous GOP Congress, made the presidency into a near banana republic tinhorn dictatorship. Hillary and her Obamaeske first woman this and that bs would only make it 2 times worse than Obama.

So, how can the presidency be reeled in back to something resembling what the constitution had in mind. My take is that it would take a republican president or at least one with an (R) to go with the name. And who better to test the limits of what is left of our constitution than Donald Trump?

Remember.. you can't get the gold w/o holding their feet to the fire... or something.

In the age of forced flower sales and bathroom signage mystery, coming to a clear concise understanding about presidential powers would not be a bad thing.

Michael Haz said...

Nate Silver? He also predicted that Trump wouldn't make it through the primaries. His statistic-based predictions seem to have built-in bias flaws.

Ned Silver's a Lefty shill.

And somebody's noticed all that wishful thinking just ain't gonna come to pass.

You're letting your inner NeverTrumper out again, but I agree, having basically said the same thing.

If any Republican accedes to the Presidency, Congress and the media will rediscover the sacred Constitution and the Separation of Powers therein.

PS Allen, Trump won women handily in the last few rounds of primaries.

PPS Haz, Silver's an economist by trade.

From the people Ned Silver thinks will vote for Queen Cacklepants - a brand new hashtag DropOutHillary goes viral.

This sort of thing....women all think and vote alike, really really pisses me off. Some women won't vote for Trump. Some women will vote for Hillary. Some women, like my MIL would vote for Hillary even if she were caught sacrificing babies to Baal. Other women like the message that Trump is spreading.

Here is the deal Mr. Silver.

ALL women are not the same. We don't all think in lock step or even care about the same things. I don't care if Trump is a bit coarse or if he insults that disgusting pig Rosie O'Donnell. I don't care about all the "women's issues" and vagina related political whatevers. Abortion, while something I abhor, is really low on my list of political issues. Birth control for everyone, probably a great idea looking at the electorate in general and welfare rolls but not one the government needs to be involved in.

These are MY women's issues.

Economic prosperity. Secured borders and therefore more economic prosperity and less crime. Strong military. LESS government intrusion into our daily lives. (I can figure out what to eat thank you. Don't need your help deciding what temperature to keep my house. We are not children). Welfare ONLY when in dire need and ONLY for a short period of time. A foreign policy that doesn't get us into pointless wars and by God WIN if we do get into a conflict. Stop throwing money at every problem across the world (@NATO, time to grow up!) and money at every other special interest issue in the US. Think of America First. Quit caving into every tinpot foreign dictators. Keep your hands off of my guns.

I really resent articles like this and want to find the guy who wrote it and give a dose of reality.

This is what it looks like when statisticians beat off. How embarrassing. Onanist Nate wants to paint the map blue and sprinkle numbers all over it. There is no thought to it. It's his fantasy. He conquered. He came. All over the page. That's all there is to it.

Michael Haz said...

That first sentence sounds like a Prince lyric, Chip.

ndspinelli said...

Well, Trump didn't just insult Rosie. But, Trumpaholics like to play fast and loose just like OUR guy. I don't want to rehash the women he has trashed. Now there's just one woman he needs to go after w/ both barrels. As I've said, we'll know if Trump is who many of you think he is if he goes after Rodham being a lesbian. The entree is she's a hypocrite. Trump needs to show he is fine w/ the gays. I'm sure being a Manhattan liberal he has a lot of gay cred over the years. That should be out there by Labor Day if he's in it to win it. Someone here has said this is a class election. Then and up/down election. Well maybe it's a sex election. Men v women? We men still rule the world and own most everything in it. So, I know who I bet on if that's the agenda.

ndspinelli said...

Chip channeling Titus.

Ha ha ha ha.....oh...You were serious?

:-)

ndspinelli said...

Indeed I was. I'm not saying it's right. I don't think it is. But look @ all those who rule countries and business. Not even close.

edutcher said...

I posted the Ozark Mafia's first attack ad.

Standard Alinsky boilerplate. Hillary's running an old-fashioned Lefty campaign and Trump's running a 21st century all-media campaign.

Are we taking bets yet?

ndspinelli said...

We men still rule the world and own most everything in it.

Only until the property settlement.

I went through a list of the 50 wealthiest people in the world. I think there were 4 women. One was Steve Jobs widow, and another Sam Walton's daughter.

They interviewed Donald Trump Jr last night. He said he got an enormous number of texts and emails last night after Cruz quit.

He also said that the day Trump announced his candaciy as they were leaving the press conference Donald Sr turned to his children and said: "Now we get to see who are friends are." He said they have taken notice of that. That some vitriolic critics have called looking for a job. They are going to use them for their own purposes. But they are going to be true to themselves. Let Trump be a Trump. It is a winning strategy.

The worse thing they could do is listen to people who don't have their best interests at heart.

Trooper York said...

Even a crap weasel neocon like Bill Kristol is saying "Well never isn't always never." I am sure that he wants to get Trump to sign on to invading some new counrtry for some nation building.

Trump needs to not listen and to keep doing what he idols. He will beat Hillary like a baby seal.

The Dude said...

Enough with the baby seals already - at least they have good looking fur.

One of the best Mafia movies ever made was "A Bronx Tale" by Chazz Palmenteri. In it he has a character to is very familiar to anyone who likes to gamble. There is this mook named Eddie Mush. Eddie is a loser. He loses every bet. Every time. When they are at the track and find out that Eddie bet their horse they immediately rip up their tickets and walk out because they know they lost.

There are a host of guys like that in politics. Karl Rove. John McCain. Mitt Romney. Steve Hayes. They might have won one here and there but they are consistent losers. They have been against Trump from the git go. They have said that there is no way he could win the nomination. That he would be stopped at a brokered convention. That the way he campaigned would cost him the support of the people. Now they want to over Trump advice. That he needs to change how he is running his campaign. That he has to change to win. He would be foolish to listen to them. You don't take the advice of people who don't have your best interests at heart. He needs to follow his muse. It will not let him down.

Don't bet on Eddie Mush.

The Trump campaign is going to be studied for the rest of the century as how to use all media and how to motivate people while, eventually, the Hillary campaign, and some of the Whig and NeverTrumper campaigns will be the definitive "Don't ever do this" examples.

As an example, take a look at Scott Adams' analysis of a Hillary slogan (you can also take another look at Hillary's first attack ad, and hopefully keep from laughing).

The Dude said...

I have watched A Bronx Tale a number of times, if only to hear the gangster rank on Mickey Mantle.

The actress who plays Calogero's girlfriend is a black hole - she shows up on screen and the movie screeches to a halt - she has not even the faintest flicker of intellect going on. He claims she is classy, but a wooden Indian would have been more emotive.

I must say that Satan's Messengers picked the wrong bar, that's for sure.

And another good scene is when they put Mush and the other fat fucks in the bathroom so as not to jinx C. Good times, good times...

Exactly. Why would you change a winning strategy only to emulate the last 4 losers?

Here is a great interview with the fabulous Paul Manafort Watch. Even if it is by the execrable Megyn Kelly.

The only thing I can say about Paul Manafort ...is THIS.

No place for beginners or sensitive hearts
When sentiment is left to chance
No place to be ending but somewhere to start

No need to ask, he's a smooth operator
Smooth operator, smooth operator
Smooth operator
--------
His eyes are like angels but his heart is cold

I think I'm in love :-)

Let it be known that oopsy daisy is Dust Bunny Queen when she dumbly forgets to change out of the business Gmail account.

edutcher said...

You aren't the first to confess a thing for Manafort, oopsy.

He and Melania could be Trump's secret weapons.

The Dude said...

Manafort seems to handle himself pretty well, but who is that overly-made-up broad with the funny hair? I am so glad I don't watch television - she is ghastly!

Bombast dis!

Plenty of women will vote for The Donald.

I know many who said they won't admit it to people, but they hate Hillary.

I doubt Trump will have a blow out, but this election may be closer than people think.

Trooper York said...

Remember this is polling with a purpose. A purpose to help elect Democrats.

You saw this in the focus groups. That putz Frank Lutz is famous for that.

The Dude said...

Does she get her hair done by the same person who did Tom Snyder's? There is a lot of stuff goin' on there.

Maybe.

Trump is making all kinds of noises like he wants the entire map in play. If so, and it would be another move that will have the Whigs racing for the smelling salts, he could have the kind of blowout we haven't seen since Mondale.

And, yes, she really is that bad a candidate.

Trooper York said...

Battlespace prep to scare the Whigs. Too bad the Whigs didn't win this time.

edutcher said...

As if to make the point, 57% say America First a good idea.

Which means they like it at home, too.

ndspinelli said...

Sixty, I have the exact thoughts on that black actress in A Bronx Tale. I wonder if DeNiro didn't get her that role? Maybe some daughter of one of his bride's friend. The unrealistic part is how Sonny and to a lesser degree the other hoods have no problem w/ C dating a "Nigger bitch." That's what they would call her in the real world. But, I can suspend disbelief and enjoy flicks.

Trump is doing a WV rally tonight. I note he is not resting on his laurels.

And, to make another point, Trump has taco salad for lunch.

The rest of tweet was for all the guys.

Ed, after Cruz/Kasich dropped out, Trump cancelled some California dates with the possibility that he reschedules. I hope he does because he needs as much momentum as possible even in california. People might be surprised if Cali turns for Trump.

edutcher said...

I don't doubt he's kinda tired and would like to space out those dates a bit, but I agree with you.

CA is a definite possibility, seeing he was up 34 before Cruz bailed and a little Mo going into the convention will be good..

edutcher said...

Usually, I don't do posts of rallies, but this one is a great example of Trump's appeal and how he works a crowd.

The West Virginia Coal Association Union endorsed Donald Trump Thursday.

WV is hurting, as are other coal-producing areas - PA, KY, IL, OH. He can help simply by rescinding Pissy's executive orders.
