Excellent, but many times it's the joists that need repaired, especially if it's in a bathroom or kitchen. Then you need access under the house, which is wonderful. I don't think I would ever live in a slab foundation. I love getting under the house. You can do all kinds of stuff with a crawlspace: hide wires, plumbing, extra junk, money, gold, bodies, and parts.

I recalled living at a house that had this problem.

I liked to move about the house undetected, a late teen thing maybe. But this house constantly gave up my ghost, specially going up the stairs.

After awhile i figured out that widening my stance by stepping closer to the ends of the planks I minimized the chances of a squeak.

This old house is worse than porn. These are things that are fun to look at but if you try them at home it will end in tears and frustration and, more than likely, a failed marriage.

Es una idea muy buena, Tomas.

And the ad for the device charger preceding it actually looks good too.

I saw an advertisement for a charger that recharged all devices and even jumps a car. Emergency light too. And it is small. I didn't bust a move because I thought, eh, I'll be seeing this again.
