"US creating pilot programs to deal with violent extremists"

"Today, few threats are more urgent than the threat posed by violent extremism. And with the emergence of groups like ISIL, and the knowledge that some Americans are attempting to travel to countries like Syria and Iraq to take part in ongoing conflicts, the Justice Department is responding appropriately," Holder said in a video message Monday, using an acronym for the Islamic State group. What is Eric Holder really up to with this move?

They define extremists as anyone who disagrees with their bullshit.

Simple, really.

And how will having more pilots help?

Attention Violent Extremists: Eric "Barry's Dick" Holder will be droning your house soon.
J/k.
It's a money grab and a cover for domestic spying.

"Today, few threats are more urgent than the threat posed by violent extremism, like the tea party. And with the emergence of groups like the tea party, and the knowledge that some Americans are attempting to travel to fly-over state like Texas, in ongoing conflicts, the Justice Department is responding appropriately..."

Holder went on to say "We are doing everything we can to stomp out this extremism. new laws passed by Harry Reid's senate hope to end citizens united and usher in a new era of speech restrictions. We cannot let evil extremism flourish. Any and all speech that doesn't fit the narrative with be dealt with in a swift manner. We cannot let individuals who desire limited, accountable government intimidate those of us who are correct."

"The White House, meanwhile, is scheduled to host fund-raisers next month on the topic of countering violent extremists, like Americans who speak out against the democrat party, and urge big donors to give heavily to the Clinton Foundation. It's important, while we are at war with half of the nation who will not simply submit, that the Clintons live in style."

Other scheduled talks will be held on "The View" and with the on-air talent at NBC.

This is totally going to end in a hail of bullets at the next Ruby Ridge or Waco. The programs are only ostensibly to deal with and track wannabe jihadists and really will be used to show that some dork from Sand Point with a neo-Nazi blog and three wives poses a clear and present danger.

Three wives? Dude is already in hell!

This government considers returning military vets "extremists".

Amartel said...

Well, the multiple wife thing is the clear and present danger, not the Nazi shit. I mean, from the gov perspective Nazis are just old school daddies who haven't figured out not to decorate the propaganda with swastikas.

You will be able to count on the fingers of one hand the number of people who want to join IS on these lists.

They want to look like they're doing something in case there is blowback from Obama's "war" against ISIS.

Which, by the way, is off to a very slow start. DOD reports two airstrikes near the Mosul dam last Friday and... that's it.

Eric Holder is oblivious to the issue of complete breakdown of trust cracking every (and I do mean to say "every") which way. Thus, he states things--ideas and situations--as if speech and words don't matter.

Also, may I just say that the word[+ -ing]-choice of "...launching a series of pilot programs in cities around the country..." is just SO wrong, so WRONG, on so many levels?

Breathtakingly obvious, the bubbling-along insouciance of both the office-holder of and the office of the United States Attorney General, not just in this current instance but in general, as a matter of history...

...on account of which we, the people, more often than not, over a long period of time, have been afflicted by what I have come to think as the per se *ignoble* title, position, personage and offices of the United States Attorney General, as well as the so-called Department of Justice--

--and I mean as a general rule (and to reiterate, over a truly extended period of time).

Name one attorney general who, and one justice department that, has NOT forfeited--nay, squandered!--its integrity and trustworthiness, not to mention moral authority, in both public and private terms over the past number of decades.
