The better angels of my nature:

Beth Nielsen Chapman has a beautiful song, written after the death of her husband, called Sand and Water, here performed live in Ireland.

The model yah-chit behind Glen Beck here is the Endeavor 1934.

I have that in natural wood, not painted black. It can be rigged different way, ours are rigged the same.

It still floats! [Google Images.]

Photo Journeys Top Travel Images. 2014, some very good ones indeed, It's a video that includes an image where the camera is 1/2 in 1/2 out of the river, elie-faunt-tay in the background girl swimming opposite direction under the water, very eerie and miss-teary-ass like @0.47

My Christian brain says Beck is doing a good thing... but, that welcoming is not a signal that would dissuade more from coming.

To the contrary. Beck would do harm in the name of doing good.

There are a lot of needy children here already.

I saved three bunnies today. They fell into a window well.

The universe is sad, but within my grasp now.

I will let it free, as went the bunnies.

The sand in Hawaii, especially Maui is like soft cotton when you walk on it. You just sink right into it. It's a pretty pink/coral color. I've seen and have been on these kinds of beach breaks before. Never thought of taking a picture of it. However, like April said, yes, it's basically a sand-up-your-ass experience.

We need people to pay lawyers to pay for billboards to say "Enough Traffic? 50000 drivers with no license and no legal status aren't helping, are they?"

Do you have any idea what this would do?

Not too rough, but enough to make the dumb cunts who voted for Obama (and/or most other Democrats such as Shitstain McCain) think rather than simply adhere to Leftist groupthink.

We need pain associated with things that cause pain, not associated with a theory of a notion.

This is a link to something I hope Mr. Ahoy enjoys.

Uh oh.

The video says if it saves one life it achieved its goal.

What if it caused two lives to be lost sooner than had not the video, to the extent the video caused a life to be saved, caused the deaths?

I took a couple pictures and a short video.

My aesthetic sense is not yet in existence. Reasons are abounding.

The picture is of two bunnies in a window well.

I took a couple more but you really can't see anything much.

The interesting part is the vid.

About 15 seconds, it shows the bunny under a window screen on the lawn.

The reason is, the bunny was behind the screen, the screen had large holes near the bottom.

So the bunny was the last of the three to go, behind the screen and scrunched up next to the window, and I removed the screen, threw it up into the grass, and when I let the third bunny go, it went to hide under the screen.

My vid is watching it run whence I lifted the screen from the grass.

Magic.

Magical.

Another aspect.

When I first saw a bunny, I looked and saw one more (not the one behind the screen next to the window in the basement window well) about two or three feet away hiding in a corner.

When I came back with gloves to remove the bunnies, the two were next to each other.

Looking at each other's faces.

That's when I took the pic.

I only noticed the third bunny when the second one ran behind the screen, through a hole in the screen, and was face to face with the third.

All quite emotional.

There was a dead snake, cut in half, and two old dead rabbits.

It didn't smell much at all, so the deaths must have happened a significant time ago.

Did I release three bunnies into the wild (!*) after they had lived their entire lives in the well?

*Many rabbits in this gated and guarded neighborhood by design. My emotions could convey naive tenderness manufactured by some high-end corporation.
