I always liked this cover…

Thanks, Evi :) I can get behind the song, but the cover art is gratuitous asininity.

Ha ha ha all these songs I check to see if the kids put a version in asl so I can see what they did, and the old songs that are perfect for asl, and I mean perfect on account of the lyrics and tempo and happiness and such, are not there. Bummer. Expect for one woman. One single woman. And she's a bit creepy, to be Frank about it, Frank, he's obnoxiously candid, to be like Frank about it, the woman is old and has old woman's hair that thinks its still young hair, old hair that will not let go of youth hair, type-hair, and she set up each video to make the song look splendid in her mind. Not say it as a deaf person would, not dance the song, not give the song life, but feminize each song. Uses a fan to blow light fabric. I think. Maybe I'm wrong, I only watched two of hers because she freaks me out and covers all the old songs.

Covers them beautifully. She does a fine job. Excellent, actually. You'd probably like her. I do not. She reminds me of a woman in this building who bugs me. And I'd rather she de-emphasize herself in the videos, make it all the song, and not about her. That is my problem with her. Yes. I checked. Fan on face blows hair. I lasted 40 whole seconds.

Did I just now say expect for one woman? I meant except for one woman, not expect for one woman. Did that throw you off or is it the sort of thing you except from a nutter?

You made me look up expectorate!

That's a beautiful sonnet, deborah. Mindmelding.

I do take issue with the suggestion at your link that it represent eros -- MF or same sex. It's kind of like insisting that Lincoln was gay.

Chick, I didn't examine the link carefully, just thought it looked pretty.

Chip, you've posted her before...the time you compared her rendition of So Happy Together with another person's. She should tone down the facial expressions.

And consider going easy when critiquing women's hair. It's a tricky thing to pull off what is age appropriate. I think she looks age-appropriate for these times, but her expressions during the song come of as too harsh/dramatic, and age her more.

Also, she reminds me a lot of my second cousin's wife...a very nice lady, so I like her :)

I've decided to go gray...salt and pepper so far, to the chagrin of my mother, who still colors, and used to perm, but is now losing hair. I think due to the chemicals.

My sister, her cousin in laws, her sister in law are colorers. On my dad's side not so much.
