It looks real. At first I thought the candles lit her on fire. A second, closer look shows an open liquor bottle with a shot glass on the table. She probably landed on the glass and spilled the bottle, dousing her in 40 proof something which then caught fire. The alcohol would burn off quickly but could have singed her.
